Kavuasi, too, was speechless. She... Kafara... And the words! All the words! That was amazing! But he, unlike Kwana, was willing to show it. He flashed his little sister a grin, then continued his prancing, his head held high. The words of the continued lie babbled easily out of his mouth, and he was swept away by their success. Their mother had no idea!
"Yeah mum, count! You can hide with us if you'd like, Kimeti!"

She looked at her young 'uns and smiiled. "Alright I'll count, but what were these rules you were speaking of?" She cocked her head to the side slightly. "I know you all know the rules of hide n' seek, so why discuss rules?"
Kimeti looked at his brother and sisters. Oh yes, there was definitly somehting going on. "Sure, I'll play." He said, a bit more perked up at the thought of something odd going on.

Kafara didn't answer her mother's question. Instead, she looked Kinja straight in the eye, and said: "Count." Back to monosyllables.
The small lioness stood for a moment, and then began to move. Her red hued coat gleaming in the sunlight as she trotted off towards the edge of the clearing that she had grown up in. She was going to see the world in a few short moments. Who needed a clearing?
Still, a feeling of nostalgia washed over her. She did like the place. . . It was where her only memories had taken place. She looked back, just to make sure that Kinja was doing as she had promised. She hadn't started yet.
And so, she waited, her right forepaw hanging in midair, poised, ready to take her on her very first adventure. Kafara was all too aware of her breathing. She kept it in check. . . she couldn't look too excited, or her mother would be suspicious.
It was, after all, supposed to be a simple game of hide and seek. . .

((mmk, enough is enough, i have to rp! ))
Kijinga looked back. her tounge now panting more then ever. her ears flicked back. the area starting to get to her. she decided it wasn't worth it. she'd get in trouble if she must, but this adventure was more then fun...it was amazing. yet that bird...odd....yes? she turned, her bright pelt shimmering slightly, as she took off, at a large loping pace. her eyes wide, with fear. her mothers anger was more then frightening....she let herself enjoy the air while she could, her teeth at a large smile. her large paws pounding against the ground, her fur flipping past with the wind. she slowly came to a stop when she spoted the area. she looked down, her eyes peering to the soft moist ground. she pawed out into the open, running towards her mother, nudging herside, tring to make it seem as though she got lost and wasn't feeling good. she purred with sympathy as she curled up by her mother. tring so hard to put on an act...she wanted more then ever to play with her brothers and sisters again.

((OMGITSDAIMYNSHESBACK crying ))
Motomilia had been sleeping under the shade of a large tree when she'd been rudely awoken by her siblings' arguing. Giving a quiet yawn, her tongue curling as she did so, she rose sleepily, blinking. Suddenly in a playful mood, she trotted off to go find her brothers and sisters. She wanted to play, too!
She smelled them all not too far away, but nearly stumbled onto Kijinga, who'se scent she'd noticed but hadn't been paying attention to. Whatcha doing, Kijinga? she asked, butting her in the side with her head.

((*giggles* gladly! X3))
Kijinga unculred from besides her mother, she sighed softly as she spoke. '.....i'm.....i....' she moved, inching away from her mothers side, and then stood, shakily. she whispered softly to Motomilia. 'i left the den, and now....i'm sure i'll get punished...i've done it twice...and i know...but i can't help but feel that when i'm here.....i just.....' *sighs* 'i just feel that i almost dont belong.' she let out a sheepish giggle as she licked at her nose. she wasn't about to tell anyone about her encounter with the odd bird..

Moto listened attentively as her sister told her story, her head cocked to the side inquisitvely. Motomilia had left the den too, on occasion, but had always slipped back into place before anyone had noticed.
Well then, she spoke, a very matter-of-fact tone to her small voice, we must do something to make sure you don't get caught again. Such simple ideals.
Of course, she had no idea what that something could be.

Kijinga looks to Moto, her eyes sparkling. weird...how she never noticed one of her other siblings enjoyed venturing as much as she did. she yipped quickly as she licked at her own nose. 'R-Really! you mean it!' she wagged her tail slowly, swaying with it as well. she then lowered herself as she remembered her 'encounter' she would have to face with mother soon...>.>;

Kinja turned her head so to get a better look at her two daughter whispering to one another. She watched them for several minutes before grabbing Kijinga by the scruff of her neck and placing her in front between her paws. "You won't be going anywhere young lady." She said and she turned to look at Moto. "And you little lady.." She gave her a look. "Go join your brothers and sisters in a game of tag."
With that said Kinja looked to the rest of her little ones. "I don't think I'll be joining you. I have to keep an eye on Kijinga here so you all have fun." She smiled at them.
Kimeti groaned and flopped his rear end into the sand again. They were so close! So close to a taste of freedom without their mother knowing. WHY did Kijinga have to show up NOW. He growled lightly before getting up to run to the top of the nearest dune to look out into the mysterious world that he knew so little about. He felt like his soul was being imprisoned in this tiny elcosure, unable to break out and go on an adventure. Why were they punished so?

Kijinga let out a yelp as she was lifted. she then let out a low moan. it was for her own GOOD! look what would have happened if she hadn't had come....they would have gone off somewhere....she sighed as she looked to her brother. she heard him growl, and then she relized....things would have been somewhat better if she had stay'd gone....she looked up to her mother, tring not to let out whines....she moved towards the outskirts of the small 'Den' again.....in her small mind....she thought that with out her being her....they....her siblings...would be happier.....or maybe they wouldn't notice she had gone....
((>.> she's gonna RUN! GET HER KINJA!!! surprised domokun ))

-hugs page fifty-
Moto's ears flattened at her mother's sudden attention. She moved to obey, her tail twitching in slight irritation. They had been in the middle of plans!
She eyed her sister, who was caught in Kinja's grasp. She winced in sympathy. She was gunna get it... Moto definately didn't envy Kijinga.
She walked -- strutted -- up to her brother Kimeti, and swiped at one of his ears playfully.

Kinja looked at her daughter who had escaped her 'clutches'. She got up and hurried after her escaping little one. She cut her off and picked her up by the nap of her neck again before returning to the rest of her babies. She layed back down in her spot and placed Kijinga back down then looked to the others.
"Alright, all of you over here, now." She growled out. Something was definitly going on and she wasn't happy.
Kimeti looked at his mother and his ears suddenly dropped. Looking apprehensive he slowly crept toward the red lioness with his tial hanging between his legs. He swallowed hard and looked at her trying to look innocent.
(Shia, did you get my PM?)
