Shijo entered the final set of suicides. "FIVE MORE!!" HE screamed to himself, sprinting even harder

Shijo was on his last suicide, squeezing everything he had into the sprint.

sp: 21+5=26sp

Finished, SHijo finally finished his sprints. He stopped his chakra flow and collapsed to the ground. His legs were screaming from how hard he psuhed them.

Shijo positioned himself for pushups. "I'll do some push ups anyway, their good for me. 200!...1,2,3,4,5,6..."

Shio's legs throbbed, but his arms were fine as he finished twenty five. "8,9,30,1,2,3..."

Shijo stood up and headed home, "Good work out...harder tomorrow though!"

He pulled out a jump rope from his bag and started to skip rope at a quick pace. "1,2,3,4,5,6..."

Just a light warm up, five minutes on the rope. Shijo counted the seconds instead of the skips. "180, 1,2,3,4..."

Shijo entered his training clearing in the park, heading for the sparring tree he had. He then started to stretch out his legs and arms, before warming up.

He pulled out a jump rope from his bag and started to skip rope at a quick pace. "1,2,3,4,5,6..."

Just a light warm up, five minutes on the rope. Shijo counted the seconds instead of the skips. "180, 1,2,3,4..."

He slowly picked up pace in his skips as he reached his five minute mark. "6,7,8,9, TIME!"
