Kalic's nose twitched. "Ferals... Yeah they are trouble." He began to limp towards the kitchen. Halfway there he fell as pain shot through his leg.
Voila looked at Azriel. "Who was that? I'm guessing it wasn't a feral otherwises we would've heard fighting."

Aurora came to the same conclusion that if was a feral there would have been a fight. She hadn't fully relaxed yet, part of her still wanted to go and take a bite out of whoever the new comer was. Deciding that it would be best if she sat away from everybody, she limped over to the farthest wall and laid down.

Raerin ran into the kitchen, then turned around full-circle and realized the one he'd found wasn't there. "It's not a feral, it's a kid," he said, "I think he either got sidetracked or maybe tripped or he's hurt or something, otherwise he should be here..."
"I'll find out," said Isaran, striding out of the room in the direction of the most logical path there and finding him on the ground. "You appear injured," he said, perceiving a slightly more mature attitude than that of the girl, "may I have a look at that?"

Kalic looked up at Isaran and was about to snap at him before pausing. He nodded his head despite his distrust to most people. "Fine...."
Voila's eyebrows raised. "A kid? How did a kid go anywhere without being attacked... or killed." She cocked her head at Raerin. "How old does he look?"

"Er, a little older than Jade maybe. He probably either ran or managed to fight, a small, fast-moving target is tough to hit and maybe a feral wouldn't think it worthwhile to track something as small and not-helpless as that."
Isaran just helped him walk, so that he didn't have to put as much weight on the hurt leg. "Just tell me. Is it broken, bruised, cut? I have some medical supplies in the kitchen, where we're headed."

Kalic shrugged. "I don't know. Some feral clawed at it, but I got him off.... Then the feral lunged at me and I backed away and fell. After that my leg started hurting, but it isn't too bad." He didn't like being looked after, but it was nice not to be putting a lot of weight on his leg.
Voila nodded her head. "Probably... I guess the feral wasn't too eager to go and hunt him..."

"Yes, it's got a cut," said Isaran, seemingly to himself, while rummaging through a previously unopened bag and getting out a few things. Once they were out he said, "This stings," and then immediately applied disinfectant to the wound, and before even a reflex could be made put a good bandage across it.

Jade looked up at Azriel as he sat next to her again. "What was that?" she asked curious to what the noise had been.

Kalic let out a cry of pain despite obviously trying to contain it. He breathed deeply for a few seconds before looking at Isaran. "So now it's better? ....Well healing and going to get better."
Voila leaned back, curious as to how a small boy could survive outside in a city full of ferals.

Kalic nodded his head. "Thanks. I guess I won't die anytime soon."
Voila watched Kalic with one eye. She noticed that he was half-fox. His hair was blueish-white as were his ears and tail. He had blue eyes, was wearing a green jacket that was covering his mouth, and tan pants. She thought he looked like someone from the north or someone who was always cold.

Jade's eyes widened excitedly at that news. "A new brother!" she exclaimed jumping up curious to see what he was like.
She jumped up about to go and see when she turned to Azriel hoping on him again grinning. "Come on I want to go see him please." she said obviously wanting Azriel to go with her.

Azriel smiles at the girls Excite ment and walks into the room were Kalic was He sighs heavily "How are your wounds doing?" He asks Kalic as if to anounce his pressence.

Jade smiled as Azriel walked into the room and she spotted Kalic. Her smile brightened as she realized it was another kid so she wasn't the only one anymore. Though it faded a bit hearing he'd been injured. "Does it hurt?" she asked Kalic.
