well, if you are an akasun like me, you should save this somewhere like I have.
Isshi no Otoshina (String entrapment)
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Another fairly simple jutsu for any puppeteer, the user simply creates the chakra strings anywhere he wants in order to create traps for people to trip in. One can even simply wrap the chakra strings to his or her unsuspecting opponents and make them trip right away (This is more of a prank technique then anything else)
Ningyoumawashi no jutsu (Puppeteering skill)
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The puppeteer is able to attach his chakra strings onto inanimate objects, and thus is able to control and move them as per his will.
Fukuwajutsu no Kugutsu (Puppet Ventriloquism)
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A fairly simple jutsu, this one uses the strings of chakra to carry the puppeteer's voice to the puppet, so it will sound as if the puppet is talking when in reality it is the puppeteer's words. If it is equipped with a sound vibrating device, the voice can also be changed to whatever the user wishes it to be.
Kugutsu henge (Puppet transformation)
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user of this jutsu can use chakra to make the puppet look like whichever he or she wants it to be- from the image of the user himself to the image of the opponent, in order to create confusion within the battlefield.

I had one saved but this is the description it gave me.
Isshi no Otoshina
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Close to mid-range (0-10m)
This technique uses chakra strings to trip, bind, or otherwise interfere with the movement of an opponent. Instead of attaching the chakra strings to a puppet, the user can attach them to any other object, including their opponent, to resrict movement or buy time for an escape.
Ningyoumawashi no jutsu
Type: C-rank, Defensive, all ranges
This technique uses puppet strings to move other objects, such as rocks, switches, and other inanimate objects.

well, then ossha stops movement,
and the use for ninguwashi here is that like you can connect it to a tree, and the tree would move like a puppet.

But does that mean i would onle be able to use it like a puppet? What if i wanted just to set a trap like pull back a tree branch and when someone passes by i'd release it (classic prank xD)

Since it never specified about using it like a puppet i just assumed it was to move it in any way desired by the user in addition to using it like a puppet.

All I'm going to say is that I would say no... Unless you can get the guy to actually POST in the made up thread giving absolute permission that you can have it... One more thing... The guy has to not be active for the past... 2 months.

Nyu_Panda_King What does flute manipulation do? I believe it's a technique to control the three demon summons that that Tayatuya[sp] summons.

what's god judgement? is that the akatsuki guys move with the circle, and he kills akuma?
amd when will the mods agree for the other Akatsuki jutsu from his teamate? not to rush or anything, I just don't want to be doing something when they are released.

Nyu_Panda_King What does flute manipulation do? ...Its more of the use of the flute so you can break rocks and stuff with your flute...eh its kind of complicated..but you can do damange some moderate but more towards the enviroment with the flutes... God's Judgement is yes the thing with the guy in the circle. Eh we will decide soon...

Soushuuha is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sand ninja Yashamaru. This technique allows Yashamaru to hover multiple kunai in the air while he approaches a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.
