As much as society has ingrained into probably each and every one of us that it is wrong, there is something about that is just a little hot about it.
I enjoy more on the lines of step-parents and step-kids or step-siblings.... now to me that is even hotter. Especially the step-sibs because there are SO many times they can hook up with the possibility of being caught... that alone makes it more erotic. There are more opportunities for them to be left home alone together......
Does this make me more of a perv???

In anime and such; HELL YES! I love it! But only the yaoi type of incest! Regular incest is not my thing.
In real life; no! I have like a million close realatives(Ew) and I know a dude who's in JUV for raping his younger sister and he looks like he's 9. (he's also one of the creepiest kids in my school)

[OMFG NARKI] Like I've said in the past, I have nothing against incest. It's one of my fav themes for yaoi, and as long as both parties truly love eachother I don't have any problem with real-life incest either, generally speaking that is.
