Marik merely rose his hands to show his innocence as he watched the flustered fallen.

"Don't give me that," he pouted, flopping down in front of the chess set they had been playing with before. His fingers brushed against the bedding, and he frowned lightly. There was a red stain on the side. 'Oops.'
He knew that pomegranates stained terribly.

With hearing the oops, Marik looked at Bakura. "What did you do now?" But he followed the fallen's gaze to his sheets. "Oh, don't worry about it." There was a red splotch, so what... Not like it was blood or anything. A little fruit juice did no harm.

His head moved to rest against the mattress as he looked at the creature almost blankly. "'M Bored."

"I've been told I'm a terrific guesser." Otogi drawled, grinning. "Not that it was hard to figure out." he added, nearly skipping. He was feeling especially giddy, though he wasn't entirely sure why. Perhaps it had to do with the company and getting out of the village for the first time in...years?

Slowly, Jou's expression came to show amusement at his new traveling companion, watching him move through the forest just a few steps ahead of him. "No, I guess it wasn't. Hey..." Jou's head tilted curiously. "If you don't mind my asking, just where do you hail from? Somewhere far from here?" Jou was beginning to get curious about this... Otogi.

"I'm not your baby sitter, Bakura." Marik pointed out. "What do you want me to do about it?"

Bakura did not say anything, moving his eyes to look directly in front of him- but at nothing in particular.
"I'm starting to see things, I think..." he informed the faerie, though his tone was almost too quiet to be heard.

Marik's ears perked. "What kind of things?" He asked, a slyness in his tone.

Bakura twitched at the voice. "Not that kind of things, pervert!"

"Actually, I'm pretty close. Well, I was when I met you. Right around Canningville, but further into the forest." Otogi explained, raising an eyebrow at Jou's amused expression. "Why do you ask? It can't JUST be curiosity..." Otogi continued to walk along, looking back at Jou the entire time.

"Like... I'm not sure. Blood. Fear. I-" He stopped, brow creasing as he looked at the floor again. His legs curled closer to his body.
"I'm not sure..."

Marik extended a hand towards Bakura, but pulled back and inched his chair closer. "Where do you think they've come from?" //Some how, this has turned into therapy for 'Kura!//

|| I couldn't think of anything else to do? ||
He looked at the faerie without moving his head. His stomach had jumped when the creature had reached for him, but soon sunk in dissapointment. He liked being able to touch someone else- otherwise, it seemed like the whole thing would disolve, and he'd just be alone in darkness again.
In... in the desert mountains, he meant. Yeah. The mountains. The darkness?
"I have no idea. It didn't even seem like this world."
