Aozame at this point had sobered up. He rubbed his forehead with his palm trying to ease the soreness of his massive head ache. He got off the boat feeling incredibly lousy and began wandering around the village. He got the same familiar stare downs that he got in Hidden Light because of who he was. Apparently the members of this village hated Shiro much more than in hidden light.

It suddenly began to rain heavily. Aozame decided to take refuge in a dark alleyway. The space between the two buildings were covered by a large awning. Aozame suddenly knew he had made a mistake as soon as he entered the alley. He used his electrolocation pores to detect five more electrical signals in the alley. They seemed to radiate from very build individuals.

"Well well well. Look what the cat dragged in. If it isn't Shiro's right hand man. The great Aozame Hoshigaki." One of them said. The other's laughed as they pulled out their weapons. Aozame smirked as he pulled out a kunai and launched it at the awning tearing it open. They laughed as one said "Hey genius, we're over hear. I guess those crappy eyes really do suck."

They all laughed again but this time they were joined by Aozame himself. "What are you laughing about?" One taunted. Aozame ran through a short series of hand signs. The thugs suddenly put up their weapons expecting a great and powerful jutsu. Aozame then muttered "The Winter of Scarlet Snow" A light fall of snowflakes began to fall all around the alley

The gang began to laugh as one said "Thats it? Thats all Shiro's second in command can only make a light snow? This is too easy" One gang member held out his hand and caught one of the falling snowflakes. Aozame snickered as he snapped his finger. The snowflake suddenly burst into a ball of ice spikes, impaling the thug's arm and hand. He screamed out in pain as the others merely watched in shock.

The thugs seemed to have not bothered to brush off the snow that had settled on their shoulders and head. Aozame snapped his fingers again and all the snowflakes that had settled on the gang members burst into large spike balls impaling them in all directions. Spikes that pointed upward had the remains of the thugs hanging from them in contorted positions. The alleyway had become decorated scarlet with blood. Aozame wiped off some of the blood that had splatted on his cheek. He looked at the blood on his hand and gave it a lick. "Mmmm yummy" Aozame chuckled stepping out of the alley.
