The climb wasn't too bad, thankfully... but the bridge that stretched out ahead of her now was rather imposing. She slowly inched out onto the structure, but other than shaking a bit under her it seemed surprisingly sturdy.
It still took her a while to inch across, though.

No sooner had Naian made it to the other side than something dove at her, shrieking. She screamed back, in fright rather than bravado, and ducked. It didn't seem they were going to leave her alone without a fight, though...
Ugh. She didn't like fighting. But she didn't want to fall. She flailed and managed to smack something rather hard. The - what was that thing? - well, whatever it was, it screamed.

Rocks were falling this time around. Sarviur looked up, up up.
Probably collateral damage from those harpies. He wished people would be more careful, but perhaps they were just passionate.

Once again they dove, and this time Naian picked up a rock (which was quickly becoming her favorite thing) and smacked as many of them as she could in their nasty faces. Or in their fleshy bits. Whatever.

They dove again, and she felt the cliff's edge just behind her. Desperately, she rushed them, plowing into the flock until she fell to the ground...
And when she looked up, they were gone. She panted and stood up again slowly, shakily, after making sure they weren't coming back. The view was beautiful... and she felt the warm glow of a Blessing suffuse her.
