He didn't even seem to be wet.He forms his own stance by flattening his palms.

The boy smirks as his opponent becomes entangled by two white snakes that had slithered out his sleeve. He then spun his own body around,his snakes releasing Shiga in the air toward the Lake.

As the boy sees Shiga's new stance and star pupils he smirks and whispers.

"Shin Kyōka Suigetsu ( True Mirror Flower- Water Moon) "

If he hadn't closes his eyes after he was thrown Shiga might have seen his opponent being enveloped in a wispy black smoke that clouds him from Shiga's vision and senses. With his speedy assault he would only just now realize that attacks were phasing right through his opponent as if his body was an illusion itself. His opponent then shifted himself into the Shigo's blind spot in order to strike his palm swiftly and silently into his back. His soul wavelength could be seen taking a snake-like pattern around his arm; if his attack on Shiga was successful he would then use his palm to physically strike him in a manner similar to Soul Menace. The technique attacks the opponent through touch with a snake-like form, and leaves a scar in the shape of a serpent on the flesh.


You need to focus.
You've already broken one of the three assassins rules.

As the boy sees Shiga's form shift do to his change in speed he uses Shin Kyōka Suigetsu to avoid the slice leaving part of his hand cut yet leaving him unharmed and able to hit Shigo with a more forceful Snake Hand to his back forcing him downward towards the ground.

" Nice try,but you've be mislead again. You assume I'm relying on sight to determine were to strike and tried to a just your speed. In truth I'm simply using the wavelength I injected into you and striking were I sense my own wavelength. My wavelength will start to negatively affect you soon. Especially if you keep exerting yourself. Submit. "

The boy simply watches an illusion be shattered and smiles a few feet away as Shiga is entangled by one of his serpents that begins to squeeze his body.While it do so the boy unites his hair and resonates his soul causing the air around him to shift like heat waves slightly. It's surprisingly long hair that protrudes out the back of his head that is purely black and wavy. Lighting and Thunder clash in the background illuminates his feature now and again.

" You think so? Shall I tell you the true difference between you and I? It's the nature of our power. I am the grandson of the Nurarihyon and Osore (畏, Fear) is the term that denotes the power I wield. It refers to the "fear" of the unknown. The general concept of "fear" revolves around being feared and respected by others. Nurarihyon are the flower that is reflected in the mirror,the moon that floats upon the water. I am the demon that personifies dreams and illusions. My first attack was Shin Meikyō Shisui; technique that frightens the enemy with an overwhelming amount of "fear", thus making the enemy unable to sense my presence even if they were looking straight at me; allowing me to shift myself towards the your blind spot.I remained physical you just couldn't sense me moving.

The waters surface can be shattered with just a ripple,but with my Shin Kyōka Suigetsu a ripple on the waters surface will make the moon unreachable,just like we the Nurarihyon. Rihan's second serpent crawls out his sleeve and coughs up a weapon.Both the handle and scabbard are sleek black, which gives the entire sword the appearance of an ordinary walking stick. As Rihan picked it up one can see that it takes the form of a straight single edged blade that is mounted on what appears to be a shirasaya. As such the sheath and handle lack decoration and a tsubas. His snake slithers into the lake as Rihan places his sword at his hip waiting for Shiga to respond.

Rihan rushes Shigo immediately with impressive speed and does a quick horizontal strike were easily,cutting thru the imitation technique continuing to slash Shigo's chest .

" It seems you weren't listening. The general concept of "fear" revolves around being feared AND respected by others.This aura produces a palpable wall of pressure in the atmosphere, and cutting through this tension to reach the enemy is something I can do easily. Kyoka suigetsu is Hyoui (鬼憑, lit. "Haunting") the second stage of activating "Fear" in yōkai battles. It is the process by which a yōkai materializes their "fear" into an attack that can sever an enemy's "fear."


Unlike you I'm respected by demons,humans,and witches as well as feared. This is what makes my Fear wavelength so strong that you couldn't cut thru it. Imitating my technique without knowing what affect it would have was foolish.Tch copying it and then simply redirecting it back at me just lacks creativity and artistry. Is this part of your great path;To steal another abilities to make up for your owns shortcoming. No wonder your Fear just then was weak. Your clearly not very well respected,or feared by anyone and don't deserve to be. That's what made it so easy to Cut thru your imitation Fear. My Fear can can turn into night, sugar into salt, living to dead, and dark blue into gold. It can't be imitated by a Sun trying to call itself Moon. "

The attack aimed at Shiga seemingly cut through the fear as Shiga spins avoiding the cut to his chest but grazing the left arms causing it to bleed leaping high into the air Shiga does a few hand signs as his body become engulfed in his soul a seemingly crimson star anyone who looked to the sky could see the attack at he fell the density in his soul heightened a massive rippling sound can be heard as he falls I will show you the spirit of the Star clan worthy of respect FallingStar!!! Shiga roars his attack aimed down at Nura as he would fine his Shin Kyōka Suigetsu ( True Mirror Flower- Water Moon) Technique was not working any more So man of Fear what is it you fear
