I'm well aware of what happened. The nurse called me and explained the situation.Lumina's been thru worse,so I'm not that worried. Besides she's just tuckered out and slightly burned. That not enough for me to feel concerned about. I just hope you choose your fights more carefully next time.

Did I really tire her out? She seemed so strong through the whole fight.

She showed up when I first got here, to this crazy world, and again at the distress call in Cairo. That's no excuse... But I still wonder." In her delirium, she is quite vague on some things.
Yakō laughs again and goes over to Xuza to heal her.
Well I suppose all that training with our brother took most of her energy. He placed a rune on her so that her techniques take more energy to use. Cairo? So you were part of the team...my sister wondered why the Acadamy sent such young Miester's. She was only supposed to do recon,but she could see you and your team were in trouble and did her best to help.

"Wait... Back up--what are you...!" Needless to say, Xuza was still a bit apprehensive about Yako being near her. After all, she just fight her sister... She wasn't even mad about it--she was healing her for crying out loud!
She blinked. "Th-thank you. And yes, I was a part of the recon team. We were starting our assault. She would tell you otherwise, but I was launching an offensive." At this point she realized that Lumina was restrained.
Yakō smiles at Xuza's surprise. I was watching from the cameras she scattered around the city. It was our brother who decided to step in an pull her away. He doesn't approve of misters and is trying to convince my sister to leave the academy.He went and trained with her after your battle with thorax. She fought you with what she had left. Enough to summon her other sword,but very little else.

"Most of them turned on me during the mission, though. I don't know what to think now." There is distance in her eyes equal to the pain in her voice as she recalls some of the more trying experiences she'd had. After a moment, she rejoins to cap off the deafening silence. "Oh, but that's got to be boring you to death!" A faint smile on her face.
Not really. That's a very serious matter. I'd shutter to think what would happen if my friends turned on me. I'd be devastated.... Not to mention dead. Heheh

"I'll bet you don't have much to worry about in missions at all." She was be patent on purpose. How could she express anything genuine to a stranger like this?
"You shouldn't have to worry, is what I meant. You and your friends can go through anything together. Even though you're not the toughest of your group, they respect you enough to be loyal to you." She noticed that she was doing much better now; it only hurt a little to move, but she was ready to leave. She got up slowly and stood at the center of the room.
"Either I need some friends like yours, or I need to be a little stronger myself," she finally said.
We all just have similar goals,or know each other due to mutual circumstances. We used to be a lot like u and your friends. Maybe I can help you. I'm a good teacher,and that way you could take what u learn and apply it to your team.

"See ya..." Xuza was left in a room of fellow failing or fledgling meisters. Actually, that's not fair. Maybe they were just like her; unable to grasp the magnitude of their wings, let alone flap them. You don't put albatross wings on a sparrow, do you?
She looked down and noticed she was healed, physically, from the fight with Lumina. But she was still tired, and with a head full of day it was better to "sleep on it" rather than rush off and try something smart again. Laying up in that stuffy office, she held her eyes to the ceiling until the white sheeted dream raft began to carry her upstream.
The next morning things came together slowly, but fit well together. The mission was starting to make sense: why she couldn't be hurt tremendously by Torax's or Lumina's lightning, why her powers have always seemed to evolve to overcome any predicament. She got up, and with some confidence left the room without a word.
(I'm seriously the last post here? lol that was five months ago! XD)

In the middle of nurse's office there was a sudden appearance of two people and some of the surrounding air from the sparring area. That, of course, displaced more air than Illo's self teleportation, and did so in the same amount of time, which was no time at all really. So, there was this curious effect of air splitting and recondensing that gave the sound of rolling thunder. It rolled quietly through the halls of the Nurse's office, almost sure to alert someone that someone was there, if not tell them who it was if they were familiar with what happened when Illo teleported.
Well, here we are, the monk said casually. He was quite sure Misty had made it through the teleportation with no damages.
