Normally this sort of information would make him feel extremely awkward, but instead he glanced over at Christian and stared a brief moment as his baby brain tried to process his big brother coming out of the closet as a bisexual the other day. After a moment he plopped down and took a big bite of eggs to literally chew all of this over. So another member of the family was into... that sort of thing. Andrew wasn't sure what to call it exactly, but he was going to need to find a word for it eventually. Such big, adult topics were difficult for him to process in his current state so Tennessee opted not to think about it for the moment. "... Gran ~the dwarf cub~ After some time waiting, Gran became rather bored with allowing Texas to get him some food, so he stood on his hind legs and made to open the fridge himself. It took him a little while to actually grasp the handle, as he lacked opposable thumbs, but eventually the grizzly cub pried it open using an interesting claw-hook. Once the door was open, Gran stuck his nose inside and examined the goods. He found a pack of fish fillet in there, somewhat deep inside the fridge, and reached inside to grab it. Unfortunately, the thing was stuck behind a few aluminum cans, so that once he finally got the thing out, it was with a rather loud clatter. Gran ignored the mess he had made and began tearing into the package. Curiously, he only mangled half of the container, clearly meaning to pick out two fillets and not all four. Susana listened intently to the exchange between her brothers as she sat down and began to eat. When she caught a glimpse of her watch, she paled a little. In the process of waking up and preparing breakfast, she had missed both first and second period. Not wanting to miss any more class, she quickly shoveled the rest of the food into her mouth. "Pardon me, hermanos...I gotta get outta here an' git to class. Th' mornin's nearly over!" Looking to each of her brothers in succession, she addressed them specifically, "Andy, I'm gonna leave you here until after class lets out. You mind George. George, you take care o' Andy and text me if ya need help cleanin' up. Evan, I hope things work out fer ya. Take care an' don' give up on love."
With that said, she put her plate in the sink quickly, patted Gran on the head quickly, and ran out the door to go back to her dorm. She hated to leave everyone so suddenly, but she had not realized how late the morning was getting. Once the day was finished, or maybe even during lunch, she planned to go and check on everyone, especially Tennessee. For now, she wanted a quick shower so she could make it the third period.

The Californian had been waiting outside Alaska's door for quite a few minutes with absolutely no response. It was a miraclethat he hadn't kicked the door opoen or left in frustration. See, this is why I hardly ever visit you, he complained mentally. You're so cold! In more ways than one!
A part of Landon wanted to hang around a little longer and wait for Evan to emerge. He must have a good reason for not opening up when they had agreed to meet after school, and the Westerner hoped that it was a damn good reason too. He didn't even want to think about the verbal tirade he would launch into if Evan had slept through his knocking. Landon was feeling considerably better now that his real estate was picking up again, and this time when he knocked on the door, he put some energy into it.
"Oi, Evan!" he shouted through the door. "You in there? It's me, Landon!"

California’s irritation was only increasing with every second Alaska refused to open the door. Before Landon could rap his fist on the door one more time, his phone buzzed with a text. Intrigued and perplexed, the West Coast state unlocked his phone and read a rather lengthy text from Georgia.
The bulk of the message confused him, for he had never seen this Lili before, but he wouldn’t mind contributing his eyes to this mission, if he could only get a description—or better yet, a picture—of this girl. After all, he had nothing to do at the moment, and there was no one he needed or wanted to needle today. Landon frowned at the last line of this message, though, for he knew as well as Christian who that particular line was intended for. He texted back a reply, trying to minimize his irritation at the very clear jab so that he could talk to Georgia privately.
“Very subtle of you, Chris. Why should I insult Germany when he’s been leading Europe’s recovery? Short of the pool, there is nothing to argue about. If you two will have me, then I will come help you find this Lili. However, I don’t know what she looks like, since I’ve never seen the girl myself, so could you send me a description or a picture? My Paparazzi can help out, too; there might be a couple of them around who can lend their eyes to the cause. Don’t worry about them—I’ll keep them in line. Also, I want to talk to you about something—if you don’t mind.” ~Landon
Once he hit SEND and let Christian know of his willingness to help, he eyed Evan’s door, wondering what to do now. He had indeed promised to hang out with the far Northern state, but he wasn’t answering his door. The simplest answer would be to leave and make another appointment. Yet at the same time, the Californian did not want to make Alaska think that he was neglecting him, and if he left a full bottle of champagne unattended in the hallway, someone would probably steal it. What to do… He eyed the door contemplatively. Experimentally, Landon jiggled the doorknob. Of course it was locked, but the way the door rejected him gave him an idea. The Westerner poked a paperclip into the door and wiggled it around a little and was satisfied to hear it click. Once it opened, Landon left it only slightly ajar and quickly wrote a note for Evan. This he pasted on the champagne bottle he had brought Alaska.
Landon eased the door open just wide enough to place the bottle inside. Then he felt around for the lock and locked the door again. Once a reminder of his presence had been left inside, Landon shut the door and headed to the café.

Seemed he had been sleeping pretty heavily, and the rough beaten-up look earned him sympathy points of his teacher. Good! At least he was now well rested for tonight!
He ran to his dorm and quickly jumped into the shower to clean up since he hadn't last night or this morning. Once properly bathed, he got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist before he grabbed his phone and began to type up a message for his favorite Floridian.
"Alright, so I know I messed up last night, so I owe you one nice dinner date. That said, here are your options.
Option 1: I could run to the store and grab some stuff for a nice dinner at home. I'll start it up, you come by in an hour, and after dinner we can either cuddle on the couch or my bed and watch a movie of your choice.
Option 2: We meet up at any restaurant you want to eat at as soon as possible, I'll pay, and then we can either go to the movies, an arcade if there is one, the park (not recommended not because it's not romantic but because weird s**t goes on in that place at night and I don't want to see you getting attacked by thunder birds or giant river snakes that paralyze or blind or whatever, but your call), or we can head home and do whatever there.
So, how about it? Give me a second chance for a first date?
Love, Peaches"
He read over his text and sighed nervously before sending it. as he waited for a response, he went ahead and walked from the bathroom to his room so that he could get dressed for whatever misadventures that the two southerners might go through tonight.
Out Of Coke :: There aren't too many rules when you come here. Mind your P's an' Q's. Be polite to all ya meet. Take pride in where you're from. Tea is always sweet. And it's Coca-Cola, not Pepsi!

☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀Florida had to run around quite a bit in order to get ready for his date with Christian and still have time to get cleaned up after his chat with France. He had even dressed up nicely with a well tailored black, button up top although Rutilio tried to simultaneously keep it casual with a pair of grey jeans which clung nicely to his butt and legs yet weren't quite tight enough to be skinny jeans. He didn't want to seem like he was trying too hard to impress. The Floridian had a bouquet with him of roses, but not just any roses that anyone with twelve bucks to spend could pick up at the local grocery store. Rutilio had a bouquet of Cherokee roses and a few yellow daisies scattered nicely between the flowers. Perhaps it wasn't the most lovely thing to say in the language of flowers, but Rutilio was more interested in speaking the language of Georgia anyway. Florida felt far more confident with the bouquet and watermelon wine, but as he knocked on the door he blushed awkwardly and felt a nagging sense of uncertainty. He was skilled at his usual antics, but could he master the classy skills of France after one demonstration? Rutilio was going to need to try and if he failed, maybe he could act cute until Georgia forgave him? ☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀✿☀<> <>
