so.. what to talk about?

yeah ok..
so i heard theres a bunch of hungry people out there.


but seriously. it's not exactly a pretty subject. i mean.. people can only do so much. I've done the soup kitchen thing..
I've bought homeless guys hotdogs before..

but honestly. alot of these "feed the childern funds" actually mess up the feedin ahbits of people more than they did themselves..

i mean.. they go in, set up camps and feed all these people.. hundreds, thousands of people in the lines for the ramshackle kitchens made...
then after 6 months to a year.. the charities pull out..
BUT all that has done is made the people dependant on the free food and many have given up what they did before to be closer to the free meal.

they loose the abilities they relied on before and then, after the support is gone.. the people regress to being even WORSE off than before.

it's actually really bad.

instead of helping the poeple it hurts them more.


instead we need to help them create more farmable land.. teach them trades and skills to keep the villages running and alive.
not give them stuff and leave them to their business afterwards..

cause it kills more to do it the way we do it.. instead of the ay we TRY to help...
