 Takane smiled as he heard her name, "A very nice name, if you ask me." he said, as he looked out towards the forest once more, hearing Raine's reply about the forest. "Ah, I see. Well then, there is something I should go test." he continued as he started to climb down the branches of the tree; jumping down, he grabbed onto the branch he was just on, and swung his feet onto the nearest branch, and so forth, until he reached the ground. "You can come along if you'd like. I can get you out of here once I've finished my research." he yelled up to raine, as he search for which trees had his markings on them.

"Thanks. Takane a cool name too." She smiled, then listened to him again.
"Yeah. I wouldn't mind following you around."
Raine chuckled, thinking that it sounded it bit...Stalkerish. She jumped down soundlessly, branch to branch untill she was on the ground. She grinned, "If you don't mind of course."

Takane laughed as raine said what she did, accepting and thanking her for the compliment as well, watching as she jump down the tree, from branch to branch. "Of course I don't mind. Also you seem to be used to that, what's your power?" he asked, as he walked towards the area he entered, 'Now if she's right, then I shouldn't be able to exit the forest, even if I take the exact route I took on the way here.' he thought, pulling out a small notebook and writing down some stuff.

Raine smiled, "I'm a shifter." She paused, as if for some unneeded dramatic effect, "I'm able to inhabit some animals abilites. Without changing my appearence." She said calmly. She looked down at what he was writing, curious of how he planned to get out of here.,

Takane listened as she spoke of her ability, "Ah, I see, that's why you were able to get up and down from that height so easily. As you noticed earlier I'm a shifter as well, however, that's not my main ability, that's 'Magic Negation and Mimicy', which is how we will be getting out of here if I come to the conclusion that the forest is cursed or something of the sort." he said, still traversing the forest, until he should have reached the exit, however, they just ended up in another densely forested area. "Hmmm, so it appears I was right. Well be out in a moment." he stated with a smile, continuing to write down in his notebook until he stopped where he was, grabbing raine's hand and activating his ability, allowing them to find an exit; Takane's power would only benefit those he's touching, however, they also lose their power until he cancels it.

Raine nodded, when he spoke of his powers, no need to say anything. When he grabbed her hand, she raised and eyebrow in question, then felt her own powers cancel out. She then quickly scanned the ground for anything able to trip over, she was naturally very clumsy.

Grabbing raine's hand, Takane felt her soft soothing skin, causing him to blush lightly, he quickly turned his head; he had found raine rather attractive from the start, but her clumsiness made her more cute. "So what were you doing in the forest all by yourself? Don't you have a guy or someone that is waiting for you?" he asked, continuing to look forward towards his path, taking the clearest route out of the forest. A bright light shone from beyond the trees up ahead, a large field visible; something which was seen rarely from within the forest, due to it's magical nature.

Raine felt herself almost trip again, she almost laughed at that comment. Someone? Waiting for her? Yeah right.
"I cane here to search for my mom." She did her best to keep a smile. "My brother too. I decided to give them a proper burial you know?" Raine looked back up at him, "Sorry." She gave him another smile, one that looked well. Terribly fake.
(Gah! No fair! That was a great pic! Fixing...xD)

Takane looked over to raine, watching her almost trip and laugh as he asked if there was anyone waiting for her, 'Hmm, seems that she doesn't have a boyfriend or anything...I should steal her away before another guy comes along and does it first.' he thought. Hearing her speak about how she wandered in here, looking to have a proper burial for them, knowing that was a distressing matter, not exactly knowing what to do to cheer her back up. "I'll help you find them later. For now, would you like to go on a short date?" he asked, still holding onto raine's hand; the two of them have already exited the forest, so there is no real reason for Takane to hold Raine's hand, other than he wants to.

Oh, I found them. The teenager thought, My timing was uncanny as usual. Just in time. She pushed their faces out of her mind, pushed out the skeletons she found. All in time for him to ask her on a date.
Raine suddenly felt her face heat up, her face becoming a nice tinge of pink. Curse you pink. "A....Date?" She raised an eyebrow, she knew what it was, she was perfectly aware of the couples around her. She then smiled, a genuine one, "Yeah." She nodded.

Takane smiled upon hearing her response, it had been a while since he had been on a date with such a cute girl. "Well then, where to first?" he asked while pointing towards the town, watching Raine blush; a rather enticing sight. 'Let's see, the best places to go...hmmm...the pool or beach would be nice. I would get to see her in a swimsuit.' he thought as he waited for her response; typical thoughts for a male of that age, always fascinated by and thinking of the female body.

Raine shrugged, "I actually haven't gone into town...I've been to busy in there." She smiled sheepishly, "I'd be more help but I don't know the town really. Unless you want to get lost or something." She said, apologetic.

Takane laughed, "It's fine, I know the town well enough to get us anywhere we decide we want to go." And since you don't know, how about we go to the pool and after that the movie theater ? Swimming and movies are always fun." he said, pulling her along behind him; towards the town.
((Sorry for the short post, had to go quickly. Also We should post somewhere else now...however I don't know if we should just post at the pool, or if we need to go back to our apartments/houses so we can get clothes.))
