“I am a demon; not a vampire.”
Satoru sighed. "I guess you're right. Visitors like us can do some pretty cool things, too. Oh yeah, that was mentioned before; I should probably keep that in mind." He said with a nod.
Satoru noticed that Amethyst got quiet and her cheeks were a bit flushed. He gasped and panicked a little. "Um, Selene! I think Amethyst might be getting sick. Maybe she has a fever." He said, putting and hand on the back of her neck and putting his forehead to hers briefly. "She does feel a little warm, like with the hot spot on her neck. Oh, I know! I can heal! That'll work, right?" He said, leaning back.
Satoru put his hand on Amethyst's cheek and closed his eyes. His rings on his hand, and then his hand itself started to glow as he performed the healing spell. Then his hand and rings stopping glowing, and he put his hand down. "Did that help? Do you feel better now?" He asked. His panic had mostly subsided by now.
“No, I do not sparkle. Why does everyone ask me that?”

Active Player: Yue Daiyu Tan Selene tried to say something during Satoru's little panic, but didn't find a place to say it. "W-well, if she was hurt, then you probably helped, but I don't think she was sick..." She said. She had a hand up like she was about to stop him, but hadn't quite made it in time. She noticed that her hand was still up, and she put it back down.Artemis tilted his head to the side. "He does care for her, doesn't he?" He whispered in a low voice.Selene put a finger on Artemis's bead. "Hush." She said quietly. Satoru was not getting any help from her about this. She wouldn't even know how to explain it properly. This meant Artemis was not allowed to give help to him either. She would have to explain if he tried, too.“The knight of justice will defend those in distress.”
“Every knight needs its support!”

Active Player: Yue Daiyu Tan Selene looked over at Aurora. "Um, Satoru gets confused easily, so Amethyst may not have actually been ill. She might have just seemed like it for a second." She said.
Selene looked up as Caelus's nymphs went up. She got ready to see what would come down.Artemis looked up as well. He started flying and circled over Selene's head. "Should I go ahead and buff everyone now?" He whispered in a low voice.Selene shook her head. "Wait a moment." She whispered back, though she unsheathed her sword.“The knight of justice will defend those in distress.”
“Every knight needs its support!”

Active Player: Yue Daiyu Tan Selene nodded once. She wasn't exactly an aerial fighter, so she could do that much for the moment.Artemis nodded and flew around in a circle above their heads. He was buffing their strength, defense, speed, and in this case, accurarcy. Usually that buff wouldn't come in handy, but it was good for aerial fights.“The knight of justice will defend those in distress.”

She nodded, before blushing even more when he noticed, "Eh? N-No! I'm fine! Really!" she said, starting to panic.
Oh gosh, what was happening to her? She thought a bit as his face was suddenly close.
Oh god... she thought faintly, as he healed' her.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine," she sad, forcing herself to calm down. Really, this was so embarrassing...
Kae sighed -yup, this was going to be very troublesome... he thought, before pausing.
Amethyst was suddenly silent, her 'senses' telling her that something was close as the others felt it too. She felt Kae inch closer, sword ready.
Amethyst's eyes sharpened as she stared into the sky in the direction of the 'buzz' she was getting.
The others were right...
Harpies... she thought.
"R-Right! I'll help!" she said, forcing her mind on the task at hand.
She couldn't afford to become distracted, as she took the sword from Kae, holding it before her, as if spelling the sword, but she was actually using it as an amplifier, closing her eyes to concentrate as a stream of words slipped out of her mouth quietly, and the sword started to glow -not shine, glow- a pale white/silver, before her eyes opened and she pointed to a few harpies that were nearby.
"White Lightning!" she exclaimed, as the attack blasted from her sword and from the sky -both going towards the harpies.
She missed, though, except for one that got electrocuted, screeching as it fell -the others were in a bit of chaos, but she had not harmed many other than the one she had defeated -a few burned feathers/hairs but that was it.
Kae, meanwhile, changed shape, into something like Fang, only more cat-like, and he roared, a large white-cat-thing with wings, almost like a griffin, only his claws were cat claws, and he kept his own mouth instead of a beak.
The roar was loud enough to startle those within hearing distant -luckily startling a few harpies enough to make them drop closer...

He nodded, "I see," he said, before looking at the still slumbering duo of master and pet.
"She eats a lot?" he asked, studying them -Phantom did look rather girlish, but then again, there were enough girly looking boys in the world.
As well as -and he shuddered to think this- females that seemed more male than female...
Said duo continued to sleep on, unaware that they were the topic of discussion... Sort of.
Kenshin wisely said nothing, as he leaned against a tree, arms crossed and far enough away for him not to have to be included in the current conversation though he could still hear perfectly...

Satoru didn't even notice the harpies until after Amethyst had knocked some of them down. He stared at them for a second with no real interest, and then looked over at Amethyst for a second. "No problem. I'm glad you're feeling better." He grinned. He then looked back at Selene who was now attempting to knock the harpies down, swinging her sword like a pinata. That's when he got a great idea.
"Hey! I can help you with that! There's this levatation thingy, but I've never really tried it. Okay, here we go!" He said, not giving Selene a chance to protest. "Wingardium Leviosa!" He joked, but preformed the levation enchantment anyway.
It was working for a moment, allowing Selene to hit a few of the harpies...before it suddenly turned her upside down.
“No, I do not sparkle. Why does everyone ask me that?”

Active Player: Yue Daiyu Tan Selene ran and jumped and started trying to hit a few of the harpies that were flying lower because of Amethyst's lightning attack. She was able to defeat a few before the harpies were flying just out of her reach.
Then Satoru was going on about some sort of enchantment; something Selene realized a few seconds too late to stop him. "Satoru," She said, but chuckled once when she realized it was working. She attacked another harpie before she realized something bad. What if the others could see her underwear?
Selene blushed and she was suddenly flipped upside down. "Eep!" She yelped once, as she frantically pulled on her skirt bottom to keep it from falling down. "Satoru! Put me down! Put me down right this instant!" She yelled, her cheeks bright red.Artemis tried landing on some of the harpies to bring them down to Selene's level...until she was able to reach them on her own. Then she flipped upside down and he tried to keep them from getting too close to the flustered fighter.
Unforunately, he was not a fighting type of pet, though almost all others had attacks, Artemis did not. He was a support-type of pet. One of the few tried out until GMs realized that the support-type pets were unpopular and most were treated quite poorly for their lack of fighting skills. Artemis had been no exception to that. It wasn't until he was passed onto Selene did he learn that he, too, had a purpose and could help out. His loyalty was so low originally, though, that Artemis used to heckle at Selene's fights from afar and even provoke some enemies into fighting her. It wasn't until he realized Selene was protecting him from everything despite him starting them that he grew to like her.
This time it would be his turn to protect her. He may not have had any real sort of attack power, but he knew what it was like to be a shield. If one took an extremely close look at Artemis it was possible to see scars underneath his feathers. Then again, only Selene was allowed that close.“The knight of justice will defend those in distress.”
“Every knight needs its support!” ((I just felt like throwing in a brief past for Artemis, lol. ^^))

Hades nodded. "Well, she is still growing. It's not a lot. I think it was just a bit more than we planned, though." He said.
Hades was quiet for a moment. Kenshin was more of a solitary character which made him wonder why he hanging around. Come to think of it, he was always around Prince. They had some sort of connection, but what was it exactly?
Suddenly, Hades stiffened. He wasn't 100% positive, but he swore he sensed something. He summoned 6 skeletons instead of his normal 8. He thought about only summoning 4, but the creatures here were fairly high leveled so he couldn't let his guard down. Then he began sensing more creatures. "Kenshin. I believed we've been surrounded." He said quietly. "I think we can deal with them without waking the other two, right?"
The group was surrounded by a bunch of bugbears; though these bugbears were definitely enchanted by something. There had to have been something pulling their strings and buffing them, but Hades couldn't quite see what. He stood next to Phantom and Silva and had 2 skeletons stay with them as he pointed at the other 4 and then at the bugbears. It was a silent order for them to attack, and so they did.
“I am Hades. Prepare: I will govern your souls in the afterlife, for I am lord of the dead.”

Kenshin's eyes have moved towards the enemies before they appeared, or even Hades had said anything. his sword already out. He just nodded in reply, as he eyes their surroundings nervously.
For once Prince was serious, and he he his black sword out as well.
"Looks like it's time to collect some loot," he said, before grinning that grin that had earned him the name Blood Elf -partly, anyways. The other half was justified in a few moments, as he and Kenshin took them down one by one.
"You take care of whatever's controlling them, Hades! We'll take care of these guys," said Prince, not even batting a lash as he sliced into another bugbear, giving it an instant kill.
Kenshin just worked silently and methodically, as more started appearing.
"We shall protect the others," said Kenshin, as he pulled his sword out of another bugbear -such a pain, he thought...

Aurora shot a few arrows at the harpies as she had to make sure it was lightning. "Keep an eye out for their attack!" She called out as she jumped up as she landed on the tree branch, balancing herself while continuing to shoot at the harpies. "Don't harpies usually have some leader?" She asked as she thought they had some, mostly females, since they reminded her of amazons.
"They got a queen yes, but she usually stays with the nesting area to defend the younglings from enemies," Fang replied as he let out a powerful bark that caused fear in some, allowing him to attack them in mid air from his leap. Caelus floated in the air as he narrowed his eyes. "Heavenly Satin!" He shouted as he use his satin to counter one of the harpy's attacks, causing him to quickly attack the harpy at the same time with it, sending it down to the ground. "These things are obnoxious," he said. "Let's finish them quick," he said to his comrades."This time, I agree with ya," Fang replied as he sprinted at one of the harpies again as he used his claws to attack.
