Kageko sprinted into the office, and then immediately froze when she saw an Uchiha in the Hokage's chair. There was nothing wrong with that of course. It was just that she had thought she wouldn't have had to encounter her foster family after hearing that the Hokage was away conducting the Jounin exams. She had been so happy that she had even offered to write up a note and deliver it to the hokage's office herself so as not to trouble the secretary. "Y-Yumi-kun," Kageko stuttered,unsure of what else to say. The two of them were about the same age, but she was still nervous around him, like she was with any other Uchiha. Surprisingly, he was one of the few Uchihas that Kageko knew fairly well, mainly because she had tried to be friends with him when he first arrived, believing that it might work out since they were both technically adopted. However, she had found herself unable to treat him casually once she found out that he had the sharingan. "H-how are you doing?" the girl continued in a quiet mutter as she fidgeted from foot to foot in her nervousness.

Kageko stepped back a bit as Yumi suddenly, from her point of view, launched himself at her, but a combination of her nervousness and the stiffness which was caused by her nervousness kept her from dodging the hug and, before she knew it, she was trapped. "U-um," she replied, her stuttering becoming even worse and her voice even quieter, as with any other Uchiha, Kageko's eyes were lowered respectfully, "I-I passed Y-Yumi-kun. Although, I doubt that I d-did as great as you." Her diverted eyes allowed her to only see Yumi's face from her peripheral vision. If her outward appearance looked confused, then her inward appearance was utter chaos. Just as Kaminair had done multiple time, Kageko was in the middle of a mental riot with such thoughts as, "Gah! An Uchiha! Why am I so weak? I'll never be able to stand up to an Uchiha. Can I even be as good as a simple shinobi without a kekkei genkai," and others like it. Unlike Kami, though, Kageko's thoughts were focused more on her inability to do anything than her ability to do wrong.

{K-Kageko,} Kaminari tried to calm her host down, but to no avail, {K-Kageko, calm down. Please.}

(OOC: Oh, Yumi, that reminded me. You might want to check the custom weapon styles thread. If I remember correctly, I think your style just got denied >_< . Also, Kageko has no idea who Auron is whee .)

Kageko listened quietly to what Yumi had to say, noticeably freezing when she heard him mention how she had seen the start of her fight on TV, At the mention of eating with Yumi, Kageko was torn. It would have been polite to accept, but she didn't want to make a fool out of herself in front of an Uchiha. Finally, after much mind-racking and on the orders of Kaminari, Kageko answered quietly with a, "S-sure. Where to?".

Kageko simply watched as Yumi ran out of the office before following him, adjusting her speed so as to remain several feet behind him. Her embarrassment really didn't put her in the mood for any playful competition, or competition period, so she just used enough speed to keep up.

Near walked into the office and saw the Chuunin on the bench, "This seat taken?"

Xantos opened the door and stepped inside. None of the body guards dared oppose him. "Hm...I wonder if my old student is still in power..." He made his way up some stairs, and then to the door. He knocked then leaned against a wall...waiting.
