"Okay well from now on Squad 1 is James Yagi, Icarus Joen and Naruto Uzumaki, under the leadership of Sensei-Jaice Tsumehari. Any questions?"

"No, no, just sit down over here, its been a while and last time I greeted you with less grace than you deserved." He smiled at his former student, she had grown so much in every area both physically and mentally. Yet when he looked at her he could still see the little kid who tried to be his best friend when she had first met her teacher. "Ive missed you, Artemis," he smiled mussing her hair as he patted her head,"and my how youve grown, quite the catch now I see arent you?" He looked down, Taiyou followed him and never returned and Burian resented him for leaving like his own teacher had. He could only imagine how Artemis felt when her teacher the only man she probably looked up to at that time, he had just vanished before her eyes with out reason. He let his hand fall and pat the young womans cheek as it fell again along with his smile. He looked down at his knees and couldnt seem to revive his previous smile,"You.... and Burian.... you cared so much for me back then, I was like a benevolent god to the two of you. He was young and strong but misguided, you, youthful and beautiful, caring and only trying to understand everyone and fine someone who could understand you. And I understood you both and bonded and cared for you as my own children, you probably even felt like my children. Yet I left you.... left you all alone in the streets..... wondering, why your master... your father and guardian..... your teacher.... your friend... left you all alone with no reason as to why....." It was clear he felt terrible, Burian was easy, you make a point and beat it into him to prove you had reasons. Artemis, she was still a girl at heart, gentle and yet delicate like a flower, he had never contacted her or resolved the issue and she probably still wondered or thought he hated her. His previous encounter was no excuse to say he had left for their own good, she was still like glass and he knew it, just severing a bond with no reason and then trying to tie it together it was delicate work and a painful thing for anyone to go through, he wondered would she understand.

"They still teaching that I betrayed the village.... I wouldnt figure they had stopped, well non of it was true, they kicked me out plain and simple." He sighed and figured the best words was an explanation, he put his hand on one of hers and became slightly more serious. "You remember the mission to recapture Rin, well when it didnt turn out so well, they saw me as a liability, pinned treason on me and put a bounty on my head. Thats the short version, I spent most of my time alone and I ended up here when I remarried a year or two back. I replaced the Hokage when he left and I feel that even I cant stay here for too long, Ive been made the head of my family and given a responsibility I cant refuse now. I wont ever belong to a village again, I promise to visit though, I never imagined Id see you all like this now, I thought they wouldve butchered you all to get rid of any trace of me." He squeezed her hand slightly,"I never really saw an easy way to tell you what had happened so I left with out ever telling you to protect you all. I shouldve tried to come back, but I didnt see much point in it at the time, Im sorry for never bringing this to you and even more sorry for not being there when theres no excuse for me not to have been."

"Youre a well versed woman Artemis, it doesnt take but a stranger to see that, but I still see that little girl who used to chase after Sensei when she was a new Gennin. Be proud of yourself Artemis and what youve done, people will expect you to do and act before you feel good about yourself, but it helps to take care of that ahead of time for yourself. You have a special group of young shinobi I expect you will teach them everything I taught you and more." He moved to turn away but stopped and patted her head again,"You still arent as tall as old sensei are you?" He chuckled,"I remember you hit puberty late and you used to always stick your tongue out at Srian and me and Taiyou and say that when you hit your growth spurt you were gonna be a bajillion miles tall." He laughed lightly,"I still remember that same face today just as bright as it was before, youre almost there kiddo.... youre almost.... there...." He sighed and sat down again beside her,"Im glad I got to talk with you again like this. Because.... well," how could he tell her again when he had just gotten past the first incident,"Im... leaving again.... very soon probably...."

Artemis laughed a bit and blushed a bit at the memory, those were the daysl."Thats because you guys acted like idiots sometimes, especially you."she said sticking her tonue out at him for old times sake. Then her face became serious again, her eyebrow raised,"Why? Did something else happen?"she said in a strained calm voice, but her sadness that he was leaving again just after they were reunited sort of. She had that confused look of a child again, the kind she had when she heard that Qastor left for the first time. She turned and smiled at Rin"Hi, Rin-sama, this is like a mini reunion. You look well."she said in a happy tone, it was nice to see Rin again as well though things have now become sour with Qastor's announcement(edited)

Buraian walked up to Qastor's office holding Hikaru. He knocked on the door politely while he held his and Artemis' child waiting for Qastor to allow him to enter.

(Burian should come in and over hear so he gets to make a scene too, this is great!)

Buraian had heard everything through the door and then opened it carrying his kid. "Even when your around your three favorite people you still go and make rash decisions." he said holding Hikaru lightly as he walked over to Artemis and handed her Hikaru. "He missed his mother." he said smiling to her though he then turned back to Qastor and the sent a quick punch to the side of his face before he looked at the man. "To think I looked up to you, your pathetic...If all you ever think about is your sins then you never move on. As a shinobi you have to take lives and survive, move on. I just became a father and I know that leaving my kids for 25 years...unacceptable. Qastor...do you remember my childhood, or many other shinobi's. So many have grown up without their parents and have suffered because of it." he paused giving a look of disdain to his former sensei. "Now, you CHOOSE to give your children this life?" he stated giving the man a look of disappointment. "You'd deny your children...everything..for a cause you'll never accomplish for over 25 years, and even then you are only delaying war. War thrives...and who knows in that 25 years we could fight many wars all without you...and when you return we are at peace and then you have accomplished what? NOTHING!" he shouted though it was restrained to prevent Hikaru from crying.
