LadyShirahime93 @ Kurgistar- Ew. Just…. Ew… I’m afraid the jutsu is too OPed. Considering, we can’t have a bunch of people running around knowing the jutsu, and forcing seals on to other characters. There would be a blood bath… and a very pissed Greg, due to all the profiles that would be submitted. Can you put a limitation on it please? I'll look at it again after than. ] heh heh... sorry but its kinda funny to post that type of stuff twisted well i was plan on only have a few people know how to do it seeing as how complex it is and how the knowledge works would only be in the hands of the kage, head anbu and head hunter-nin. and its not like you could just run up and put the seal on. it has to be tattooed on a person along with a lot of chakra forming and concentration on the seal wont work. this would make the jutsu impossible for in combat formation and almost impossible for putting on the unwilling. the only way that would be possible is to knock them out and strap them down. then with them secure make the jutsu. in that time it would be easier to kill the victim in a variety of other ways. Oh and thanks Tenshi for already pointing that out

If i may i would like to change the effect of the jutsu from decapitation to incineration of the body.

@kurg it seems really extreme. why not limit a bit? make it so you need to define what cannot be done when you make the seal, since it is really vague.
i think im going to post some more jutsu tomorrow. good to see you back shira!

Description:
The user creates handsigns, and a huge pulse of chakra flies off of the user and into the sky. Suddenly the sky above the user turns a mixture of colors, such as green, red, blue, yellow, orange, and purple. Suddenly small bits of candy with the letter S begin to fall from the sky, and a voice says taste the rainbow.
This jutsu lasts for five posts, or whenever the user has their fill of candy, and they don't wish to be pelted with the candy anymore.

Kenji stood in the middle of the giant bowl, which he had just cleaned out. He breathed in heavily and sighed a sigh of relief. He had worked hard for this, and now it was time to get what he deserved. He made quick handsigns, and whipsered the words " Taste the rainbow. "
Suddenly smalll pieces of candy began to fall from the sky, hitting Kenji's head, but not hard enough to cause any pain what so ever. " Oh man! I love this jutsu! " Kenji said, siting down and picking up and eating the candy as it rolled down the edges of the bowl towords him.
{ Note: This IS NOT a bs jutsu, I would love to have this.

Well I would honestly accept this just so I can annoy people by pelting them with harmless candy, but I don't exactly know how Lance, Gregar, or some other Crew Members may feel about such a Jutsu. I'll let someone else give their opinion first, but I think it's friggen' awesome! xd

1) I dont know what that says or where its from.
2) Because I wont allow this. I was giving examples of what we CAN do in a guild that does not follow the naruto storyline to a point, now what we WILL do. Those are two very different things. So no, there will be no jutsu that makes it rain skittles.
