When they got to the house Kudo looked down the hallway and then called, "Mom?"
She poked her head out of her room immediately, "Something wrong?" She looked extremely pale, and extremely sick.
Kudo couldn't notice it though. He didn't see it, and he always regretted it. Despite what people told him later on... he always believed that... if he had known he could've done something for her...

Samuel laughed. "Technaly, Your not." He smlied ontop of the wolfs head. and lifted Irari's head with one hand so he wouldnt bite himself. "Okay I'm guessing your hungry. But are you sure you want me to get up to get it? I mean you are pretty confy." He joked. He knew it was Irari now. But he could feel the weakness in his body. It was most likly from hunger, or so he thought.

"Comfy my a**, get the ******** off me." It wasn't an order, it was a plea. Something had happened when Sam was gone... the personalities were merging and Tasher was being tormented and thrown inside out and outside in, suddenly he started bawling... well I suppose being one person so long was bound to cause a relapse.

Hiryo looked at Zaner and stepped behind Kudo. "You alright?" He murred glazing up at her with his red eyes.

"I'm fine." She came out of her room, folded her arms across her chest for a secure look and leaned against the wall on one side of her body. She was tired, her eyes had a sunken look to them. "Whats up? Was I wrong?"
Kudo looked at Hiryo, suddenly elated, he grinned and then looked to his mom and back at Hiryo, he nudged him. "Go on... go on."

"I'm pregant." He blurted out and cuddled Kudo hiding his face in his neck. "How did you know?"

Zan grinned to herself, "I sense things. I'm not that much of a useless mage you know. It's sad... I'm sorry I won't be able to see them." Zan's voice adopted a sad tone.
Kudo had his arms coiled around Hiryo and his eyes shot up to look at her as she spoke, his voice was sharp. "What do you mean?"
"Kudo... you haven't noticed baby?" Zan gave him a half smile as she walked over to them. Her steps were slow, laggard. She touched his cheek as well as beamed at Hiryo kindly. Her voice was small as she met Kudo's eyes. "I'm dying."
Kudo was in shock, he had no words. His eyes went wide, both of them and he stared at her. Mutters of no were whispered under his breath.

Hiryo buried his head in Kudo shoulder. "No..I want you to seem them Zan. Don't die please." He whispered shaking slighly.

"Bring them to my grave Hiryo darling. Bring me pictures." Zan reached out her hand to pet Hiryo's head gently before stepping back. "I'm very happy for you both... so you better take care of my grandkids or I'll be upset..."
"Mom..." Kudo said tears falling from his emerald eye as he held tight to Hiryo. "How long have you known? Why didn't you tell me? I ... I want you to see them too..."
Zan started to cry and she smiled with her eyes closed and head titled. "I'm sorry baby. Forgive me."

Hiryo nodded weakly clinging to his mate understanding. "We..we will." He whispered before hiding his face in Kudo chest. "Promise you Zan, we will." He nuzzled his mate.

Kudo couldn't take it, he closed his eyes and wrapped his arms even tighter around Hiryo, burying his head against his mate.
Zan watched them, her arms hugging herself. "I'm sorry."

Hiryo brushed the tears from his eyes glazing at Zan. "Sorry Zan." He whispered weakly clinging to Kudo. "There..there is no help?" He murred.

Zan shook her head, "No. Death himself is coming for me, and his 'messenger' is helping." She shot a look to Kudo.
He caught the look and growled deeply, "That b***h... I'll kill her... I'll ********..." It had been so long since he'd been this pissed.
"No. Leave Bella be. Klonoa will take care of her." Zan said sharply.

Hiryo glazed at both of them confused and turned to Kudo. "Bella?" He muttered wrapping a hand around his stomach in a protective fashion.
