She nodded and sprawled out on her sleeping bag, not cold enough to crawl into it just yet. "That is true, even more so when you are supposed to be a pack animal."

"Have you considered going to the RCS and see if there is anything you can do there? After all, the RCS is kinda like a pack." Lloyd rolled over on his side to face her.

"I have a few times, but just thinking about getting involved in this war makes my hair stand on end." She shivered a little at the thought and moved so her head was on the pillow half of the sleeping bag. "Have you lived there before?"

"Everyone at the RCS is nice. Some people are hard on others, but usually when that happens its for their own good." Lloyd smiled back. "If you need anything, they are there to help."

She sighed and closed her eyes. "I can tell you want me to go back to the RCS with you too. You are just as alone as I am aren't you?"

She nodded to herself as she turned to be laying on her other side, facing away from him. "And just as a warning, I tend to bark in my sleep every once in a while so if I wake you up I'm sorry." She yawned again and curled up for the night.
