Kara shook her head slowly. No... I don't mind telling. The emptiness goes away when I tell someone else. It feels better... Kara said in a monotonous, cracking voice.

"Well, when your ready I at least have both my ears left." He laughed at his horrible joke. "As for you," Seto said turning toward Torment, "Whats with the scrap paper under the be that you are so aptly trying to hide?" He asked with a suspicious look.

Kara looked at Seto, then leaned her head on her knees. She then pulled at Seto's sleeve.

she shrugs writing away. if you wanna see them then you have to get up and come get them .she smiled as she finished writing she looked at the paper. seeing all of her ideas to torment the unsuspecting pedestrianizes....even some of the homunculus plans which even she deems was a stupid idea to bring with her.

Kara had a slightly blank look on her face. Without letting go of Seto's sleeve, she leaned on her knees again. I'll tell you. But, I won't promise that you'll like what you hear. Just promise me one thing before I tell you. Kara looked Seto in the eye.

"What is it that you want me to promise you?" He asked Kara with a slightly frightened look on his face. "Hang on one sec." He told her putting his index finger up. "I have to answer her question." He turned back to Torment. "You're a wannabe human. You don't have a soul and that makes you jealous of the rest of us so you feel you have to torment us to make yourself feel better about what you lack." He laughed after he finished. "Torment us. ngh. And she's Torment. HAHAHA. That was a horrible pun but i thought it was funny." He finished. Seto then turned back to Kara, "So whats that promise?"

.tch now why would i be jealous of you eh? in all of my years on earth i couldn't love my body any more *she laughs* i mean really you humans cave under things to esaly .....really what good is a soul if it only causes you pain eh? .she smiles. and im not the jealous one yes im tired....but that doesn't mean i don't enjoy seeing simple minded things run around in panic .she said this lying threw her teeth giving no shoe of lying as she did this though. she then looks over at Kara . sorry you may go on ....

Kara swallowed. Both Seto and Torment's attention was on her. But, there wasn't anything she could do about it now. Looking back at Seto, Kara said in a serious tone, Promise that you won't get angry. No matter what. And don't get mad at my parents either. You'll find out why, but you've got to promise not to get mad first. Kara said this with almost pleading eyes. Anger, hate; Kara didn't like those feelings. Even so, she was human and was liable to feel anger and hatred.

Kara nodded, then looked in front of her at nothing in particular. See, I've been in the military since I was ten. I've been on my own since I was seven. The reason is that... Kara hesitated, but only for a moment. ... I left because my parents wanted to kill me. Kara said with a blank look on her face.

Seto looks at Kara in astonishment, "I'm surprised you are so calm about it." He said. "That's a lot to bare. I thought I had it bad growing up." He stops to think for a second. "Well, how bout this." He finally responded. "You at least have me as a friend. And we will be friends till the day one of us dies. I promise. That way you will never be alone again."
