The blond girl with the pink hat, went into the changing room and changed back into her hat-matching outfit. She giggled, and then teleported back behind a palm tree, just in time to see something bad knock Ken out. She ran out to him, though just as she reached him, she was knocked out by the same culprit.----------------------------------------------- Sera turned when she heard someone walk in, she noticed it was the girl that had invited them in and then left, run in in a two peice swim suit. She was about to ask her if she was alright, but the girl darted upstairs.----------------------------------------------- Saya blinked, she was quite confused, Kradd seemed to be worried.. and then he said he wanted to continue outside of the dream and then left her there.. she sat up and then let herself fall back, sighing..

 Kiara inwardly sighed, today was just not her day. She couldn't help but wonder if that girl who dropped her here, planned all this. Of all people she had to run into looking the way she did, Kiara couldn't help but mutter a few curses under her breath. "Um sure..." Kiara replied seeing Kradd's serious expression. She had a feeling she knew what he wanted to talk about but really hoped she was wrong.

Ken yelled out in pain as a knife went through his hand and multiple fists rushed up, making contact with his stomach. He spit up blood and lowered his head. He didn't even care if he died. He could have simply used his powers to kill this demon before him, but he just felt too down to even lift a finger. No, why was he giving up?! This was bullshit! Him getting so down over a girl... No, she was The Girl. He remembered her bloodline and knew of how he could atleast try and help her smile, killing all those who attempted to take her happiness like these demons. He roared as he pushed, sending the demon against the wall and making him combust into flames. The demon shrieked in pain, calling two more demons to come in and start beating the hell out of Ken.

Kradd looked down at the ground for a moment and sighed. He wasn't sure how he'd tell her... "Kiara..." He glanced back up, looking her straight in the eye. "You should go tell Saya how much of a mistake she's making getting involved with me..." He said, remembering the promise he'd made to her about finding the girl he loved. "I'm sorry. The kiss, I shouldn't have done that. I liked you, I know that. I still do... But, I love Saya..." He stepped towards her and ignored the fact that she was wet and in a bikini as he wrapped his arms around her. "I know there's definitely someone out there for you. You're an amazing girl, Kiara." He smiled and kissed her cheek. He wasn't getting intimate, just showing her that he still cared for her, but more as a friend. He slowly pulled away from Kiara and stepped towards Saya's room. "Watch yourself too. Something's about to happen..." With that, he stepped back in the room, shutting the door gently behind him and releasing a short sigh. Kradd sat down on the bed next to Saya, and lied down, coiling his arm around her waist and holding her.

The little pink hat girl opened her eyes slowly, she had a big headache. She was in a room with a large mirror along one side of the wall. As an ugly and terrifying demon slowly approached her with a gigantic probe needle. She took off for the door but quickly realized it was locked from the outside. She then screamed at the top of her lungs and pounded on the door..----------------------------------------------- Saya pondered she understood that Kradd had feelings for Kiara, and Kiara seemed to have feelings for him too.. But then why does he bother with me...? why do I feel as though I am just getting in the way...? she asked herself. She snuggled under the covers and held the pillow.. "I am a cursed human....." she thought.. quietly to herself..
But just as these thoughts of doubt suddenly appeared, when Kradd came back into the room, they dissappeared quicker. She then turned over and pulled him into her arms, allowing him to lay next to her. She snuggled up to him, comfortingly, but said nothing..she felt as though she needn't say anything.. she just needed to hold him...

Kiara remained absolutely still and silent as she listened to Kradd speak. It took every bit of willpower she had to not cry or show any emotion. She had mentally prepared herself for this, but it still hurt. She waited until Kradd returned to Saya's room before making her way into her own. As much as it hurt to have Kradd reject her, for some reason she felt like she'd be ok. It would take some time before she could fully get over Kradd, but she knew she could do it.
It was then Kiara noticed her clothes and wallet on her bed. How did they get here? "Ken..." she couldn't help but murmur. Would she see him again? She didn't know where he lived, nor did she have any way to contact him. Wait that's right, her mind was still connected with his. Calling out to him, she received no answer. Something was wrong, he wouldn't drop the link between them unless something happened.
In an instant Kiara ran down to the living room seeing Damien and Sera still there. "Damien! Devils can make portals to anywhere right? I don't have time to explain, but can you please make one that goes to Hawaii? Please it's an emergency!" She knew it was a strange request to ask, but she needed to know Ken was alright.

Ken was brought into another room, multiple knife wounds on his torso and hands. He had a slightly visible black eye and blood running down his chin from the constant torturing the demons had been so willing to give him. They sat him down in a chair and let him look into a window, where his sister was quite visibly shown. The lesser demons left, letting a greater demon that looked more human than them, enter and take over. The demon set his hands on Ken's shoulders and leaned down, whispering threats of killing Keiko and the others into his ear. Ken growled, but instead of wasting the last bit of energy he had on the demon, he used it to teleport Keiko to Kiara. The demon hissed and scowled at Ken before another demon entered. Ken was forced to look into it's eye and everything soon went black.
((Just thought it may be a bit more dramatic. =P ))

Kradd closed his eyes, holding Saya close as they lied there, hoping the moment wouldn't end anytime soon. He couldn't really think of much to say right now; he just wanted to hold her and enjoy the peaceful time they had together. He still felt a bit bad for what had happened with Kiara, but it was something they'd both have to get over soon. Kradd moved his hand, tilting Saya's head up slightly and kissed her.

Damien glanced up at Kiara, wondering what she was freaking out about. He had just gotten off the phone with a real estate agent about the house next to Kradd's. Well, it was their's now, that was for sure. "Yeah, I can make a portal, but why do you need to go to Hawaii?" He asked, hoping she wouldn't be in danger. He couldn't let her go alone if that were the case. After all, it was his duty to protect these children.

Before Kiara could explain, she felt something on top of her causing her to fall to the ground hard. Pushing whatever was on her off, Kiara saw it was that girl from earlier, and she didn't look too good. Not to mention she was unconscious. That made Kiara worry even more. "Please can you make that portal?" Kiara pleaded with Damien, "It's my friend Ken, I think he might be in trouble."

Damien opened a portal and walked over to Kiara, dropping something in her hand. It was a small bell-like object. "Break that at the first sign of trouble." He said sternly, hoping she understood that she needed to listen to him. With that, he pushed her through the portal rather gently and sealed it shut behind her. She would soon be spit out on the beach where Ken and her had been.

Landing at the same beach she was previously with Ken, Kiara didn't see him anywhere. Scanning the area she sensed a few demonic presences nearby. Running in the direction of all the demonic energy, Kiara found herself in front of a beach house. She didn't know why, but she knew Ken was in there.
Surprisingly the door was left unlocked and Kiara let herself in. She was instantly greeted by lesser demons and made quick work of them with a few energy balls. Kiara checked every nook and cranny of the house killing the lesser demons that got in her way, but she did not see Ken anywhere. There was only one place left to check, the basement. As Kiara made her way down the basement stairs, she saw an unconscious Ken being tortured by two greater demons. Both demons turned their attention to Kiara, once she came into view. Both demons came at her, ready to attack. Looking down at the bell-like object still clenched in her hand, Kiara broke it, hoping it did something to get rid of these demons.

Pillar's of fire consumed the demons, incinerating them instantly. While the fire show was playing, Ken had stood up and faced the direction Kiara was in. He opened his eyes, showing that they were vague of emotion and glazed over. When the fire died, he lifted his hand and prepared to snap his fingers. He grit his teeth and growled. "Ki... Kiara... Get... out!!" He roared, hoping she'd understand. If he couldn't control this, he'd destroy himself. There was no way in hell he'd harm Kiara. Never! His finger's began to shake violently, for Ken knew if he snapped, he would summon the fire and burn everything around him, including Kiara. "Leave!"

When she made eye contact with Ken, she held back a gasp. What happened to him? Hearing Ken ordering her to leave, Kiara simply disobeyed him. "I'm not leaving Ken," Kiara said as she walked closer to him. Grabbing his trembling hand, she held onto it firmly, "I don't know what's wrong with you, but fight it! I know you can," Kiara said giving him a confident smile. "I have faith in you."

Ken smiled and shook his head. There was nothing he could do to free himself from this demon. With what he had heard, he had once been apart of the High Demons among the Legion. The control over his body was absolute and he had run away before Kiara had gotten to Ken, so killing him wasn't an option right now. "Kiara... I might as well tell you this now, but..." His hands began to shake more violents and a small fire sparked up along his arm. "When I saw you, something clicked. As I held you, I felt love for you. Heh... This is funny coming from me." He laughed a bit and closed his eyes as he shook his head. "Just, ignore all of that. I don't need you grieving over me..." He smiled as he used the remainder of the will he had left, to teleport her outside the house.
The house exploded suddenly once Kiara had been teleported, leaving nothing but debri where it had originally been.

Outside debris and rubble covered the entire beach. Kiara stood among the destruction completely unharmed, physically that is. Ken's words rung in her head. He loved her. He said he loved her and then...he was gone. Without thinking Kiara searched through the remains of the destroyed house, trying to find any sign of Ken's body. Kiara ignored the burns she was inflicting on her hands as she touched the scorched burnt wood. She needed to find him, she had to.

A moment later, Kiara would find his body among the rubble. He was terribly burnt and his breathing was very shallow, but he was alive. He groaned slightly as a searing pain ran through his whole body. "Kiara..." He mumbled, picturing her in his head as he lay there, unable to comprehend anything right now and unsure if he was even alive.

Going through the rubble, Kiara found him barely breathing. "Ken..." The damage was extensive, she needed to heal him fast. "Hold on Ken," Kiara whispered softly as she placed her hands over his burnt chest. Kiara poured her life energy into his body, slowly healing Ken's body. She wasn't going to let him die.
Fifteen minutes passed as Kiara stopped the transfer of energy. Ken still had a few burn marks on his body, but he would live. Panting heavily, Kiara collapsed on the sand next to him. She used up the max amount of energy she could without killing herself. Her body felt weak and was forcing her to rest to regain her lost energy. The last thing she saw before blacking out was Ken's face.((Well I need to be up in 4 hours so, I'm going to bed. G'night!))
