Keila burst into the hospital, hands on her knees. She looked towards where Alyssa and Lukan where sitting and managed to sputter, "There... -you are.." between gasps. She walked towards the two, her breathing still deep and frantic from the running. "You shouldn't have.. left us... Miki's still... -back there.." Keila nodded, coughing for a moment. She closed her eyes to get a hold of herself. "How's Kaida?"

Tomoro staggered into the hospital, limping quite noticeably. "Doctor... Doctor..." Tomoro's eyes had begun to fade, and she nearly collapsed after such a long hike when she was so hurt; it wasn't like anyone was going to help her, besides Bukotsu. She waved her arm out, sighing lightly. "Hey, uh, my arm's broken." A doctor with short, blonde hair came up quickly; she smelled like spearmint gum.
"Broken arm? Right this way." The nurse took Tomoro by her spare hand, and dragged her into the nearest room, pushing her down into a soft reclining chair. Out of nowhere, she brought a small clipboard out. "Limping... sprained ankle, no doubt. Broken arm... we have instant medicine for that... I'll get some in a bit. Cut on your cheek...? That won't leave a scar, no worries. We'll just put some hydrogen peroxide on it." Tomoro raised an eyebrow, surprised that she had recieved so little wounds. "Bandage the ankle, give me the potion that cures the break, and hand over the hydrogen peroxide." This time the nurse raised her eyebrow. "Tough little one, aren't you? Very well." The nurse rushed off to grab the tonics and potions.
Tomoro glanced around at her surroundings, she was so uncomfortable in hospitals... it was just like her father's laboratory. However, instead of unknown instruments on the walls, photo frames of flowers hung around, and the room had a faint scent of death. Someone must have died recently in here... With her spare hand, Tomoro bowed her head down, and whispered a few words, most likely a prayer. It was then that the nurse came back.
"Okay, hun, here's your potion. It'll fix your broken arm within ten minutes. Last bottle we had. You're a lucky one." The nurse brought out a dixie cup, and poured in the clear bluish liquid. As bad as it smelled, Tomoro gulped it down; it tasted as bad as it smelled, as well. She winced, and motioned for the hydrogen peroxide. The nurse brought it out silently, and put a few dabs on a cotton ball; Tomoro smothered it onto her face, clearing out the deep cut. It hurt, badly, but Tomoro refused to show any pain in front of anyone. Finally, the nurse kneeled down, and began to bandage up Tomoro's leg in a soft cotton gauze. "Kay... no walking on this baby for three days." "THREE DAYS!?" Tomoro cried, throwing her hands up in the air, her broken one hanging limply. "That's complete bull!" The nurse sighed, and shrugged her shoulders. "I'll get a room for you." "Room my a**!" Tomoro yelled, standing directly on her bandaged foot. Sweeping her boots off the floor and slipping them on, Tomoro strutted out of the room despite the pain, leaving without a thank you. ""Strong girl.." The nurse whispered to herself, checking the clipboard. "I hope she can hold out okay..."

Alyssa blinked when she saw Keila burst through the hospital doors, almost running over a girl whom was taken away by a nurse soon after. Alyssa chuckled apolegetically, running a hand through her hair. "Sorry Keila...I guess I just needed to get over here..." She tried to explain, eyeing Lukan wearily, not caring if he was listening or not. "Well, Kaida was fine and then her Spleen was torn again so she got sent back to the OR. The doctor said we couldn't go back in to see her until she was alright."
No sooner did Alyssa say that did Kaida come around the corner in a wheelchair, her leg wrapped and propped up. She whined drowsily, her violet eyes glossed over from the long hours of sleep. The doctor wheeling her around had a large smile on his face as he waved Alyssa and the others over. "Well, she's alright now, we just looked her over. She'll have to stay off the broken leg for a few more days; her organs are healed and fine." He chimed, helping Kaida from her chair.
Kaida smiled at Alyssa and fell into her arms, still not fully awake. Her legs felt like jell-o considering how long she had been off them, and everything just didn't seem to want to work for Kaida right now. She mumbled as Alyssa helped her to her feet, putting the crutches beneath Kaida's arms. "Thanks..."

Keila caught her breath and nodded, listening. "We should-" and then she was cut off by the doctor wheeling Kaida over towards them. "Miss Kaida," She said, the words just coming out of her mouth without thought. "You all right?" she had no idea why the 'miss' part came out.. Well, she did. But she'd already forgotten why. Something to do with her past; but she'd tried to erase the past from her mind a long time ago.

After Kaida woke up more and was able to hold herself up, she pushed away from Alyssa. "This isn't fair! Why can't I just get a potion to make it better?!" Kaida whined, looking at the doctor with saddened, pouty eyes;the brattiness showing off.
"Sorry, some other girl had a broken arm and took the last bottle. Just a few days. You can come back and we'll see how you're doing." The doctor said apologetically, before nodding to everyone and leaving.
Kaida, having not noticed the new girl that seemed to know Alyssa, turned to her and responded in a snotty, condescending tone, "I'm just fine..Thank you for asking...uh...umm...what's your name?" She asked, shifting the crutches forward to get closer to this girl.

She didn't notice the tone. "My name's Keila! And I'm eight years old! It's very nice to meet you." Keila broadcasted her age for no particular reason and smiled. "Oh, Alyssa.. we should find Miki, don't you think? ... I kinda... lost contact with his mind earlier.." she said, sounding abashed. "So I don't even know where he is right now, and I'm not really good at connecting with people's minds from afar. Last time I tried to, I accidentally fell onto some drunk guy's mind.. so yeah.." she frowned a bit." she stopped, realizing she was rambling. "Oh... sorry... Um, yeah, we should go find him, don't you think? "Of course, that is if Miss Kaida is feeling up to it. THat wouldn't be very nice to just come to the hospital and say hi and leave.."

Kaida gave Alyssa that "why're are you hanging out with her look?" and thurned back to Keila and forced a fake smile to appear across her face. Alyssa wasn't one to hang out with eight year old...what had happened to Alyssa? Had her soft heart reached out to Keila? Or was she just triyng to be nice...This made Kaida think a great deal.
Alyssa shifted uncomfortabley, and shrugged it off. "Kaida will be fine. Little Miss Priss can live." Alyssa told Keila sarcastically, steering her toward the door. She gave Kaida a harsh look, baring her fangs slightly; showing Kaida the irritation Alyssa was feeling.
Kaida didn't even get to reply to this, and had no choice but to follow them; taking it slow at first then slowly gaining speed. Alyssa had always had a knack for creeping Kaida out, but she had never done that to her..Alyssa had told her once that it was a danger sign to see a vampire bare their fangs at someone...what if that was what Alyssa was implying..

Keila was steered towards the door without consent from her, and Kaida followed behind them. She was confused now. What was going on between the two? Keila knew something had happened between them, but she still didn't get it. "Um... yeah.. let's go find Miki.." she said, not really having a choice in where they were going.

Alyssa shoved Keila out of the door then turned to Kaida, her eyes like daggers. After Keila was pushed out the door, a cigarette had lifted itself into Alyssa's mouth and lit. Normally she was courteous when it came to her smoking, but it didn't look like Alyssa cared anymore. "Look Kaida, you've always been my like my sister and you know that I care for you, but don't you ever think it's alright to act like a b***h around my new friends. I know Keila isn'one of the oldest or brightest, but she's acting like a better friend than you!" Alyssa turned on her heel and stalked out to follow Keila;leaving Kaida in the dust.
Kaida was shell shocked; she never had been spoken to like that before. Her eyes filled with tears as she turned around and saw Lukan. She chuckled, trying to hide the tears without much success. Kaida limped back to him, and looking down spoke. Her voice shaking as she tried desperately to keep from crying. "Heh, she's always been like that..." Kaida lied badly. Actually, Alyssa had never acted this way toward her before; she promised never to do so either. Kaida felt betrayed, hurt, and alone...she needed someone to be a true friend to. Kaida had already assumed Alyssa didn't want to be best friends anymore and was looking toward Lukan.

Lukan frowned wraping an arm around Kaida. "Here, lets go somewhere besides here. We can talk over lunch or something." He suggested looking down at her. He felt bad for her and squeezed her shoulder gently reasuring her.

Kaida staggered under his weight; still not used to the crutches she was having to use. Her lower lip trembling, Kaida agreed to get some lunch with him. She wondered if maybe Alyssa had said that for a reason...maybe Kaida did something to upset her. "I-I would like that..." As they began to walk out, Kaida stopped and gave him her crutches. "Hold these.." she instructed, releasing them balancing on one foot. Kaida grabbed her hair and undid the band that held the long braid in place. Gracefully, it released the violet hair and let it fall back down; it was now wavy and shiny. It gave Kaida a more generous and appeasing look; she liked it. Smiling, she took her crutches, thanked him, and continued walking with Lukan.

Kisa looked up and wiped her eyes. Her hand pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "I'm Kisa." She said, looking slightly confused. She sniffed and stood up. "Who are you?"

" My name is Gordon...I'm Shepards cousin." he said looking back at Shepard. He was getting better but it was a slow process. Gordon sighed knowing it was fault. It made him so pissed at himself that he allowed this to happen. he needed to start training again. he would need to use that form...

Kisa bit her lip and half-bowed. "My apologizes for being impolite." She said. She blew the hair out of her face and smiled. "Pleasure to meet you." She turned back to Shepard. "He IS going to be alright... right?"
