Lina returned to the Rai dojo, the second shushin dropping a tree stump next to her. Her own landing ended up having nearly fall off the roof of the building when her feet landed on the edge of the roof.
"Not today" she muttered in an annoyed tone before backfliping off and landing on the ground.
She retreated into the building after that.

Lina had given up trying to do any meaningful project.
After a few moments of feeling some worry over whatever was going on she sighed and decided to get some fresh air.
The fox girl left the dojo in a bikini, tossed down a lawn chair and lay back, enjoying the sunlight. Considering the cold weather she already knew she probably was setting herself up to get hypothermia.
"If you can't get your mind off something the normal way... find something to do so bizarre you distract yourself." she muttered.

After a short while she sighed to herself.
"Be safe"
She shook her head to clear thoughts away.
After another moment she formed a barrier and started trying to make it act like a minor magnifying glass.

A very annoying beeping started coming from Lina's ear. She blinked and sat up, flipping open her eyepiece, and moving one of the invisible screens around.
"Well.. s**t"

Iri, Lina, and Reeve form just outside the entrance to the Rai Dojo. They're standing just as they were when Iri had first touched them. It had taken them maybe three minutes to arrive there from their previous location. The Fury takes a few steps back and looks around. Doesn't look like anyone's intruded.
"Okie doke."

Reeve doesn't say a damn word. He knows that by the time he made it back, if he could even manage to leave alone, he'd be far too late. Damn the pair of them, he could have won! For the first time, he crosses his arms, concentrating on recovering so he can get back to the fight.

Iri shrugs. "Kaze is easier to handle than Rai, I would imagine. At least, it's easier to handle via my methods."
She looks at Reeve. Iri's knows he's not happy with them. Of course he's not. And, from a certain point, Iri can understand. But he wants to go about this all the wrong way.
Sighing, Iri moves so she's in front of Reeve's face. Then she puts a hand under his chin, moves his head, and holds him there so he can't look away.
"We're going to get Dalcon back. And Nekojiri's going to pay for his crimes. I swear to you, those two things will happen. But you've got to swear to me that you won't put yourself in a position that's obvious suicide first. It's none of my business, I know. But I don't want to deal with a grieving and orphaned student, because you were too stubborn and depressed to do things the right way."

"Probably right about the way part Iri. Makes more sense moving people at least."
She tilted her head back. Sniffing the air for a few moments before adressing Reeve.
"I bet you thought you'd pull some suicide technique, or just put the rest feed a technique till you were dead, expecting it would kill him, right?"
She turned her head away.
"Neko had Ishira tell is to leave, the way it came out I'm wondering if he was actually afraid of death, or if it was something else. Maybe I'm just too used to trying to grasp the big picture, but..."
She walked around to pick up the lawn chair she had been laying on before she left. A moment later she dropped it next to Reeve.
"Beats the ground."

Reeve flings out his arm, firing off the other rail shot into the sky, rather like a bad-tempered child who dares to do what you tell him not to one last time. In his defense, the wire worked itself into his arm, and he did have to get it out. As his sleeve burns away, he doesn't speak or shout, and his eyes only slightly narrow at the pain.

Iri had stepped back to avoid being in the way. Now she stares at him with narrowed, glowing eyes. She opens her mouth to speak, but shuts it right away. What she would have said wouldn't have been nice. It would have been something she would have regretted saying. A moment later, she just shakes her head.
"You know what? Nevermind. I gotta wonder why I bother." She looks at Lina with a grimace. Her eyes are still glowing with anger. "I'm gonna stick around, so holler if you need me or if anyone shows up. First, I've gotta take care of a few things."
That said, Iri walks into the dojo. Her target is the area in which this situation had started. It'll be a quiet place to concentrate.

She nodded to the fury.
After a few moments the small patchwork sphere shaped machine she called Harris floated over and dropped a sealing scroll. Lina unsealed it and began tossing on her winter wear. She pulled a second scroll from inside the droid, unsealing some bandages and holding them up for Reeve's inspection.
"Well?"

Reeve shakes his head, reaching under his shirt. After some wincing and digging, he pulls out the three senbon, which he tosses to the dirt. His expression is of distaste.
"I'll be fine."

Iri finds herself in the spot from which she had earlier left. She sighs and takes a seat on the ground, crossing her legs under her. For a while, she doesn't do anything. She just sits there with her eyes closed and taking measured breaths. It takes about five minutes for her to calm down. When that's done, she finally holds out a hand and summons energy into it. Air spies she already has planted in certain areas connect to her energy. Another spy forms and speeds off in the direction of the Medical Center. If she remembers correctly, Tutsumi was there. She needs to check on him, make sure Kaimen's death didn't destroy that building and Tutsumi with it. She also needs to check on whoever's left at the Main Dojo and her students at Kaze.

She started nibbling on a ration bar of some generic sort.
