Eh... Nye... remember how you asked if the last post was 'too much'?
I think running neck-and-neck with a purebred horse downhill across an open, flat area counts as 'too much'.
I'd imagine he'd be able to gain ground in the city, as they're weaving through the streets and he's taking the route 'as the crow flies'... but I'd be pretty hard pressed to believe that your boy is breaking 50 mph in his little run at the start there...
I mean, Olympic-style sprinting speed is like 22 mph...

Okay, will you be a little happier if I take some of the color out of it? If it's a rule, I'll abide by it. But I won't like it, seeing as I like to do... oh, I dunno, something of my own once in a while.
But seeing as you could just as easily kick me from this, I have no choice. Just remember, you're not making this any fun for me.
I'll do so when I wake up, though. Don't take this personally... I'd just like to play my person in the not-so-conventional style now and then. But if you'll allow me to keep it, then so be it. Up to you.

*ish randomly hugged* whee Just a bit intimidated by all the excellent elite RPers here, still not quite sure how my bio made it past the entry way. I've only been RPing on a forum style since the end of Feb I think and it wasn't long ago a paragraph was all you could get out of me for a post. I didn't really start doing anything else till I met Josh and he wrote out one helluva birthday kiss. redface even then it took till about a month ago to do anything coming close to this stuff.
anyhoo more importantly *waves* hello....

I'm just pointing out that running fast is what fantasy characters do, but as a rule, horses tend to be faster than men. It's just what they do. :shrug: Do whatever it is that you do... You've been asking me to give you critiques lately, that's just one of them. If you're happy with that, then be with that. If it's horribly evil, I'll give you a verbal thrashing, if it's a slight statistical error, I'll point it out as food for thought. Don't make me the bad guy for 'taking the fun out of it'... You DID ask, remember?

well what you managed to do was awaken a bit of my competive spirit, not with you or anyone else but me. Showing myself that I could do something similiar. I know I'm a decent writer, a good RPer and a damned good DM as well as the ebil cuteness but I needed something to push me over the edge. That was it....well that and the phantom thing cause I was starting to slide again till that. sweatdrop
