I was thinking of doing a meet up potluck at my place say around the end of march? O we can celebrate Freya-chans bday! Well it'll be belated >.< anyways let me know what you guys think :3 I'm in!...er...as long as I'm not working. whee Vickicat There's a carnival at the private school across from Valencia's east campus on Econ if anyone is interested in going. I'll probably go on Friday, not sure yet. I found out a couple days ago they need me to work this Friday night. stressed

purplekitty Okays! Im putting things together this month and plan to get some stuff for the patio. Guys let me know what days work for you!
Wednesday,thursday,friday,sat or sunday? I still have to check my schedule, but Saturdays are usually best for me. Fridays also work well. Sunday's are okish and the other days are slightly less than okish but still doable.

Ok, I checked my schedule. That Friday I'm getting off of work at 7am, going home to sleep, and then working 3pm-11pm. So, yeah, I can't make it on Friday (unless the shindig is still going on into Saturday morning and I'm awake enough).
Saturday I'm completely off. That day works best for me. *awaits others to post*

Wednesday, as usual. Until I get a car I really don't have a wide availability unless I get a lift there and a ride to work afterward. sweatdrop

Monday/Wednesday and Friday, Saturday or Sunday are best for me due to my class schedule, so it looks like Wednesday is pretty much it... unless it's at Kitty's house then I can drive Zel to work.

purplekitty yeah sorry rob I usually have off on wednesdays as well so Im thinking about doing it then sweatdrop I might be able to swing it for a little while, but I have to be back to the UCF area and at work by 11pm. whee

I need help planning and preparing for the Gaians of Florida Meet-up at MegaCon 2010.
TheDarkVampirePrincess66 - I hope I'm not stepping on your toes, but we really need to start planning the meet-up now in order to insure it's a successful one.
I realize we have another MegaCon topic, however I have several questions the topic simply doesn't answer adequately. Who's going this year? What days? When will we have the meet-up? Where?
I'd like to start by compiling a list of Gaians attending this year, along with the days you're going.
I was thinking it would be fun to have a Picnic at the Convention. Not just a pocky party, but an actual lunch type of thing. Once we have some concrete numbers it will be easier to decide what sort of direction we can go from here.
