atlanta follows diz to the hotel, wondering what the hell came over him. after all, it seemed like mind control, and she sure as hell wasnt doing it.

Arcaos sat for a while. "If you are right, and I am strengthening him... you should kill me." He said as he stood up and held his sword out for her to take. "Surely there is no other way..."

"We may leave any time, but... be warned. Arcaos is very talented, not very smart, but very talented." He said as he put his PDA away. He looked around a little, then opened a portal by pressing a button. "After you."

Christopher looked at the portal and started to grolw red eyes glowing he pulled out his sword "i'll stan the streets will run with blood" he grolwed in an ever grolwing dog like voice he was ready or thought he was for anything

Jasper grinned, his eyes covered in a black clothe and his hair now black, a scythe much like Sonia's appearing in his hands, though not by his doing. He grinned, staring at Sonia, who gasped and fell forward. "You didn't tell me there was someone like me with Arcaos... This should be interesting..." Jasper chuckled sisterly walking up to Sonia at a normal pace, twirling his scythe idly around his wrist. "So.... are you willing to die...? Or would you rather join me?"

Sonia didn't respond, instead concentrating on thinking through the pain enough so that she could stand and fight. It felt like her head was being ripped apart while still attached to the rest of her body. Sonia's scythe appeared and she growled menacingly at Jasper, the tips of her hair and her eyes slowly turning black. She jumped at Jasper, swinging down her scythe. The pain suddenly slammed through her mind with renewed force, causing her to cry out and dropping at Jaspers feet, gripping her head in pain.

The wraith screamed before disintegrating between Jasper and Chris. "Not really that much of a shame... I have plenty where that came from..." Jasper smiled menacingly at Chris, snapped his finger and twenty-five wraiths materialized, screeching and hissing. "I don't want him interfering... take car of him."
"Yesss, my lord!" twenty- five whisper-like voices chorused before all of them attacked Chris, surrounding him in a tight circle of ever shifting black. "Now my dear... I'd prefer not to kill you, but rather use you. Come with me."

Sonia breathed in deeply before standing up again, swaying on her fight, her head reeling with pain. She growled defiantly, now more than half of her hair solid black. The pain she was experiencing was written clearly on her face, but she wasn't collapsing. New onslaughts of greater pain crashed through her mind, but she still didn't collapse again. Sonia growled again before attacking Jasper, forcing him to half to block. "My,my... I was right...."

Jasper pushed Sonia away and increased the pain in her mind by ten-fold. She screamed in pain before dropping to the ground unconscious. "Apparently... everyone has their limits... and I've just found yours, my sweet." He looked at Sonia for a moment before snapping his fingers again. Another swirling vortex opened, and Jasper grabbed a hold of Adeodatus, pulling him through again. "I'll leave you the wraiths, seeing on how you seem to be having so much fun." Jasper grinned before completely disappearing into the portal.

The wraiths stopped attacking as soon as Jasper was gone. They sighed wistfully before disappearing in puffs of smoke. Sonia laid on the sand, her scythe gone, completely unconscious from the recently experienced pain.
