Amelia started to shake her head, then paused. Oh, yes, that's right! Amelia hit her fist against her palm and smiled brightly. "I heard something earlier, yes! It turns out that Madriana's stepfather and Mika's father is Nergal!" Amelia smiled. "She said she 'strived to match him,' which would explain the appearance of the morphs!"

Ed sniffed her way in, tail swishing restlessly. She had seen Soren run past but was so surprised that she couldn't call after him.
"...So this is what we've fallen to," the girl growled. "Morphs and division." Her tail thrashed behind her. "I need to stop falling out of the loop. Good thing someone keeps me informed..."
She glanced around. "Ed here, reporting. If you guys need me, just call my name. Hopefully I'll pick it up and come running. As for me? I've got business -- but don't forget me if you need help!"
She turned around and darted off.
