Renatus looked down for a few seconds. "I... I just had a nightmare is all. I'm fine." he said shakily, his quivering giving away his lie.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Lucinda asked, walking over to him.

Renatus averted her eyes, saying nothing. After a few moments he said "I dreamed that I was here when the bandits were." he said not fully clarifying his dream, which was obvious.

Lucinda didn't press him for anything more. She slowly moved to hug him.

Renatus embraced Lucinda. He rested his chin on her shoulder, looking past her, not with any intent. He continued to shiver from his dream, he couldn't seem to stop.

Renatus released a shaky sigh. His breathing slowed slightly, allowing for quiet words, "Lucinda... I dreamt that I lost you." He said.

Renatus looked back outside as if to assure himself that nothing was on fire, then nodded and walked back inside, unrolling the flap. He held Lucinda's hand, waiting for her to return.
