Elli's face turned a shade of pink, "Oh, well i think he deeded a potion for Hans." she said to Anabel.

Hans stood wavily and cross eyed. "Chrono?" Hans looked a little sick, as he tried to maintain his balance.

Alumina awoke to the beasts heavy breathing. it was morning and sunlight danced its way through the narrow crack. but it did nothing to brighten the prison. she shook Quintessence to wake her, but her efforts were ignored.
Alumina's tummy grumbled fiercely, and she stumbled out into the light. Alumina sent off on her own in search of food. while Quin slept peacefully with the beasty.

Anabel smiled, "Well, I don't know what i can do, But i'll try..." she fluttered around the garden trying to think of something, "Why don't you Pick a few flowers while i go look for a potion in my tree." She fluttered by the tree and faded inside.

Chrono smiled and his energy transferred to his fist, "I only do it because i care Hans." he cranked back and swung. Knocking Hans dead on the cheek. though Hans will get dealt the damage, the blow forced Cortez out into the open.

the absence of one warm body was apparent to him and he stirred from his slumber. a long yawn and a couple scratches later he had his nose out the crack, sniffing the air for Alumina's scent. he pulled his face back in and stretched his large massive paw outside, "Alumina?" he grumbled still half asleep, "Where'd you go?"

Akuma smirked at her father, who was grinning from ear to ear, "Have fun!" he called as he watched Akuma exit his home and head for the portal.

She opened the portal and sighed, "Well, in we go."

While Hans laid knocked out on the floor. Cortez stood in his place. Cortez rubbed is translucent cheek where Chrono had hit him. "That, hurt." Cortez grumbled to Chrono.

Elenath floated about the greenhouse picking out a bouquet of orange, gold and pink flowers.

Lucid looked to Tsume. "Hey! Lets go fruit hunting!" he suggested merrily. and so the two of them left in search of fruit. maybe they would run in to Alumina?

Cortez gave Chrono a sly look, then flipped his hair. "ahem.. what terms do you have in mind?" he asked snobbishly.

Hans merely grabbed the bucket Chrono used to throw water on him, and vomited in it. Hans made a nervous shake and sat down on the floor.

Elenath thanked Anabel and skipped down the stairs. She then handed Chrono the shimmering potion. but once she did that, she stopped and turned to stone. a freezing chill crawled up her spine when she realized that Cortez stood near her. Cortez nearly melted at the sight of her.

Alumina was far enough away that she could not hear his call for her. she was already to busy looking for food, she knew that their were fruit trees around there, but she couldn't remember where.

Lucid's batty scenes had already lead him to the fruit and he was stuffing his face as he went.

"You know Tsume, your butt needs to loosen." Lucid managed to say with is mouth full of fruit. "Your so uptight just relax and enjoy this heavenly eden."

Alumina had noticed the loud one, and his giant companion. she imediatley became very quiet, she didnt want to get into trouble without Quin to back her up.

Cortez looked deeply saddened by what Chrono said. he looked down at his lap, and thought to himself quietly. Elenath looked away and said nothing. Hans looked at the sparkling drink. He then shrugged and thought, what do i have to loose?

and gulped it down.

Elenath still couldnt look at Cortez. "No Chrono, he right."
Cortez got a disdainful look on his face. "we were both young. and she was beautiful," Cortez closed his eyes to remember the moment. "She was 17, her hair the same shimmering silver, and her lips were never so delicious." He looked to Elli but she still refused to look at his eyes, instead she went over to Hans. "I climbed to her window to meet her, and i continued to see her there for weeks. it was not long before we started dating and fell in love. we were together for 2 wonderful years. but as time went on, i could not restrain my lust for her, or my lust for her blood. for a time i fed on other girls to satisfy my urges. but one night i went out of control, and fell into this passion. i bit her and she never forgave me. i was devastated. i returned to my clan, and was determined to move up in my ranks. i wanted to show her that it was a mistake to push me away. i was at the head of my family, i had married another wealthy family to further increase my status. We had three children and then a grand child. but i was tired of living with my wife. we didnt love each other, and never would. and my heart ached to be with Elenath. i had finally went to visit her after nearly 48 years. but she didnt want anything to do with me! she threw me back to the streets and told me i was even less of a person than the last time she saw me. I was in a rage, why couldnt she admire me for once? Why wouldnt she let me express my love for her?
later that night i went home and killed my wife and i ran from home. a week later my son's hunted me down and killed me. my soal was restless and i didnt leave Enthelda to go to the Abyss. instead once Elenath and Hans started to develop a relationship, i became jealous that she loved him and so i possessed his body. but she immediately knew it was me and would never give me the pleasure of her kiss." Cortez looked down by Chrono's feet. "I dont hate Lucid because he is a fruit bat, i hate him because Elenath loves him. I am scum and dont deserve be in the same realm as this goddess."

Hans looked at Elenath upset. "Elli why didnt you tell me? this whole time, we have loved each other and never once could i act on it because you didnt want to give him the satisfaction?" Hans sounded insulted and he left through the front entrance.

Quannah put her weapon away and followed Hans out the door. She kept her distance letting him do whatever, but kept him in sight. SalSoon put her weapon away as well and settled back onto her stool, watching Chrono deal with Cortez.
