Roe scowled as she missed, damned elves. She let out a rumble, her good mood ruined she marched out of the water, ignoring the fact she was quite naked and headed inside and to her room, trailing water as she moved. She closed the door firmly behind her and opted for a regular bath then food then sleep; if she stayed awake too much longer.....she might actually chase someone down and rip their spine out.

Zaid waited listening to the commotion and couldn't sense Sin anywhere near the girls meaning she had to have been the one to run. Something had happened but it was being hidden. Excusing himself, Zaid grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his torso as he got out and held his sword tightly ready to gut a certain rogue, but first he'd find Sintariun to see if she was alright.

Hearing footsteps for a moment, the elf's gaze snapped to the doorway but no one came. Still blushing, Sin's teal fell over her shoulder veiling her face from everything and she remained sitting and trying to get the images out of her head.

Alwyn's eyes were wide she quickly grabbed one of the fallen towels and covered herself and hurried back up to her room grabbing her clothes as she went. "stupid squirll " she said quietly to herself when she got to the room she changed back into her clothes. She wasnt going to go back out into those springs not with crazy squirlls taking clothes.

((Alwyn, squirrel dropped the towels and cloths and bolted already))

Sighing slightly, already annoyed, Ramiel rose from the spring and left, grabbing his cloths on the way out. It was surprising how fast he managed to get his pants back on. Passing by Roe's room, he slipped a note under her door, reading:

Meet me at the Dragon's Head Tavern
The food's on me

-Ramiel

After that, already fully dressed he was out the door, hood covering his head as he headed for the Tavern.

The Drow left the spring, towel wrapped around his waist, as during his entire venture to the spring, not a word leaving his lips. Silent as a prowling cat he returned to his room.

moments later Falon could be spontaneously found in the lobby, reading one of his many books while in front of the fire place.

Sintariun would feel a slight draft as he window suddenly opened a small amount, a white rose with a single red leaf landing beside her with a not attached:

Sorry

Sighing, Liah changed quickly and dried herself off with the towel. 'What a mess.' She thought to herself. Because she wasn't used to human contact and the ways of normal society, she wasn't as bashful about the whole situation as some might have been. It was strange, she didn't even mind all that much that it had happened. She knew right away that they would all put it behind them eventually. Even Sinatriun who was probably the most shook up about it.

She went quickly back to her room, changing into a clean set of clothes. It had been a while since she was perfectly clean. It was rather enjoyable to not have dirt covering her face. Remembering where Asteria had gone, she told her friends that she was alright and that she had all her possessions back. Damon grunted his reply, she could tell that he was irritated. Liah laughed. 'Don't go hurting anyone without my permission.' she joked. He grunted again. 'I'll be down in a second. I'll meet you around the side of the Inn.' Damon agreed and she grabbed some money she had saved up just in case.

When she entered the lobby to exit out of the main door, she noticed Falon reading a book in the corner in front of the fireplace. "You put that flower down, didn't you?" She said softly, knowing he could hear her. Without waiting for a reply, she headed out of the front door and around the side of the building to meet her companions.

Seirei had wandered off a good distance away, finding a small shop that sold flower pots and headed inside. He looked around for a bit, actually considering buying himself a place to sleep in mist form. After a few minutes of browsing he convinced himself it wasn't worth it, he should just avoid falling asleep while in mist form entirely.

With that he headed back out of the shop and down the street again, this time back towards the inn. There really wasn't anywhere else he felt like going right now and relaxing in his room sounded like a good idea. As he was at the corner across from the building he spotted Liah outside, and she seemed to be waiting. His face immediately turned red and he continued walking, half hoping she wouldn't notice him and half wanting to go explain himself right there. Because of this conflict he ended up walking slower than before, making it all the more likely she would notice him.

As Liah waited for Damon, who was still fairly far away, she noticed Seirei walking slowly not far off. She was about to call out when she noticed he seemed nervous. She could tell, even from this distance, that his face had a redish hue to it. She realized what his strange actions were about and she found herself blushing as well.

'Go talk to him, Liah. You can't avoid each other forever.' It was Asteria. Her tone was calm and collected, even somewhat motherly.

Her blush deepened as she walked over to him. As she approached, thoughts whirled inside her head. Suddenly she was becoming more and more embarrassed by the event in the hot springs. She finally reached him, but when she opened her mouth, words would not come.
"Hi." She said timidly, now fully aware of the burning in her cheeks. After a moment of awkward silence, she felt like she needed to say something more. "Do you want to...go sit down somewhere?" The simplicity of it was surprising. Had she even thought about saying that before hand? She didn't think so.

Seirei had flinched when she said hi and stopped walking, unable to give a hello in response. The awkward silence was, well... awkward. When the silence was finally broken with a question he managed to find his voice again. "Yeah, I wouldn't mind," he said nervously, his face still a few shades of red. His aura however, hadn't changed like it had during the actually event.

As they were walking he noticed a bench down the street. Should be a good place to sit, he thought as they walked towards it. As he was trying to get up the guts to apologize to her the image of her naked flashed through his mind. His face burned red more so than before and he lowered his head a bit. "Sorry about earlier," he managed to say, his aura turning a bit more red as he tried to get the thoughts out of his mind.

Liah walked over to the bench and sat down, making sure there was room next to her for him. "It's alright." She said softly. "You didn't mean it. I don't blame you." She smiled up at him, trying to reassure him. He was obviously torn up about the whole thing. Looking up at him, she saw his blushing face for the first time up close. "You know..." She said timidly, "You should blush more often." She paused and a small smile crept across her face. "It's cute."

Suddenly, a cool breeze started to blow past them, causing Liah to shiver. She had forgotten to bring her jacket with her from the room, not knowing it would be getting colder.
PostPosted: Mon Jun 23, 2008 9:33 pm

Liah's reassuring had worked, he was feeling better knowing that she wasn't mad at him. Of course what happened next didn't help his blushing any. He was looking her in the eyes when she was talking timidly, which in his own opinion was rather cute, and then she called him cute. His face was already as bright as it was going to get but his aura did turn a nice shade of pink.

Seirei sat with her, once again unable to find his voice. He felt a breeze pass by them and noticed Liah shiver. He may have lost his voice but he could still move. "Cold?" he asked, sliding off his jacket and slipping it over her shoulders.

Liah smiled up at him. A sudden warmness spread through her that she couldn't explain. Another breeze rustled by, causing her to wrap the jacket tightly around herself. She looked up at the sky. "The sky is beautiful..." She said softly, breaking the silence. It wasn't an awkward silence anymore, it was a peaceful one.

Liah glanced over at Seirei, noticing that, by wrapping the coat around her, he had moved closer. In fact, their shoulders were almost touching. She felt a strange urge to lean over against him. Deciding that the worst thing that could happen would be his rejecting her. She leaned herself against him, lightly at first, and then with more confidence. ((If you can lean with confidence XP))
She wondered how he would react, and hoped he wouldn't move away.
PostPosted: Mon Jun 23, 2008 11:18 pm

He looked up at the sky after her comment, looking at it for a while. "Yeah, it is," he said as she leaned against him. He took his eyes off he sky and looked down at his shoulder, which had Liah's head resting on it. He tried his best to keep himself from blushing but his aura didn't lie. He was definitely blushing.

His blush was starting to fade when she started leaning against him more, putting even more weight against him. It brought his blush right back to where it was before. "Um... are you still cold?" he asked, his voice somewhat shaky from being so close to her. Another cold breeze blew passed them and this time he himself shiver slightly, finding himself pressed against her now as well. He tilted his head down, like he had before to hide his embarrassment, only this time his head ended up resting against her's and his embarrassment only grew.

Liah smiled, her blush deepening as Seirei leaned his head on hers. It was very unfamiliar for her to be this close to another person, though she'd seen other people be close like they were now. The other people always seemed so happy when they were close like this, and Liah never really understood why, until now.

She was now very warm in his jacket, but she felt him shiver against her which made her frown slightly. "I'm not cold anymore." She said softly. "What if we shared?" Slowly, so moved herself so as not to surprise him. She unwrapped herself from the jacket and placed it around his shoulders as well. The sudden chill swept over her, causing goosebumps to form on her arms. But, as soon as she leaned against him again, the warmth returned.

It was a tight fit for both of them to share the jacket. 'I'll have to move closer now.' She thought, smiling to herself. Instead of going back to leaning against his shoulder, she moved closer to him and rested her head on his chest.

Seirei would've said he was fine, he'd deal with it, but she'd already started moving and he really wouldn't mind the extra warmth. As she shivered, he thought about holding her close, keeping her warm. His thoughts were interrupted when she leaned against him again, his thoughts scattered immediately. He looked down again, seeing her still moving closer, no longer leaning against his shoulder she moved to his chest.

He felt his face was still red, but not as bright or harsh as before, and his aura was a dim red, barely noticeable now. He smiled then, finally not caring about the embarrassment he was feeling and just letting it happen. He lifted his arm up with his coat, pulling it over her a bit more since she was more exposed to the wind. In doing so he wrapped his arm gently around her, setting his hand on her shoulder and holding her against him. "This alright?" he asked, hoping he hadn't made her uncomfortable. It was certainly comfortably for him and perfectly warm.

Liah smiled contently, resisting the urge to nod. "Perfect." She said rather sleepily. It wasn't until the warmth came over her again that she realized she was tired. Being this close to Seirei was very comforting. Other than when she was with Damon, she hadn't felt this safe with anyone else since her brother was alive. She wanted this moment to last forever, which was why her drowsiness was making her worried. If she fell asleep now, she might not wake up in the same position. This meant that the moment was gone forever. What if Seirei felt differently about her in the morning? What if he realized that she wasn't worth his time.

After a while, she thought about how silly she sounded. It wasn't something to worry about, mainly because Seirei had shown that he was comfortable with the current situation. Smiling once again, her eyes began to droop. The last thing she thought about before she fell asleep was how happy she was in Seirei's arms.

((This is just randomness with Asteria and Damon. I was bored. So I wrote it. It's not necessary to read.))

Damon and Asteria both sat not too far away in the forest. Asteria, perched on an oak limb, Damon sitting just under her, listening to Liah and Seirei.
"She is growing up." Asteria said light heartedly. "She isn't that lonely little girl we first met in the woods anymore."
Damon snorted, somewhat reluctant to accept the change he saw in Liah. "She's not ready. She's still just a young-ling. I don't know if I'm comfortable with that phantom close to her like that." His voice was very deep and almost menacing.
Asteria chuckled, noticing his jealousy right away. "It's about time." She chortled, ruffling her feathers. "It's time for her to go off on her own. Explore things without us constantly around."
"I'm not sure how I feel about being replaced. I know I don't like it."
"She most certainly is not replacing us!" Asteria insisted, "We will always be there for her whenever she needs us. She knows that."
"What if she doesn't need us! I worry for her. She thinks she can do more than she's capable of."
Asteria eyed him, internally grinning. "It's you who thinks she can't do as much as she can. She is a very capable young lady!" Damon was about to say something but the wise bird cut her off. "She's human, Damon. Humans need other humans. We can't supply her with all the comfort humans need. Only other humans can do that!"
Damon snorted. "But that phantom isn't human! Come on, he could practically be dead. Is that what you want for her?"
Asteria shook her head, she would have rolled her eyes is she were able to. "Oh please, now you're just being ridiculous. I want what's best for Liah, but I also want what Liah wants. And right now, what Liah wants happens to be that handsome young man. And you know what, it seems that handsome young phantom wants her too." She chuckled, unwilling to let Damon say another word. Still laughing, she took off and headed toward the hotel where she would wait for Liah to return, knowing Seirei would take care of her.

((Is it me, or do those two sound like bickering parents? xp ))
