Kimi decide to not follow the mayor out the window. Not yet at least. She waited for the smoke screen to clear and found the device that emitted it. She tucked it into her pocket. Let's see how this works. She then looked out the window and saw that Ray had escaped and the mayor was on the roof of a car. Suddenly, the computer she had given the mayor for the rebel's information started beeping with a red screen. She quickly grabbed it and read what it wrote. There's a huge charge of electricity and a huge sense of bloodthirst. I better go. She quickly wrote a note to the mayor stating there was a slight problem and that she will contact her later. She pinned the letter to the wall next to the door and quickly left. As she walked down the hall, she transformed into an older woman with short dark-green hair in a ponytail with glasses.

She ran towards the location and the emergency screen was gone. The electricity and power was gone. She slowed to a light jog and heard a little girl's voice saying, " could.. you.. take.. me..home?" . Then she fell. There was a man near her. Kimi checked the laptop, with the language changed back to her code, and the red dot was right next to her. That's the friend of the rebel. She sent a flea to bite the man next to the fallen girl. The transmittor was successfully injected. (There is no beeping sound, no sound at all.) Then she slowly walked over to them.

All of the lights in the apartment dim for a few minutes. This in turn, makes Zahzi's condition stabilize even more.

Zahzi had been dead for a few moments, in fact. The tracker that was placed in his body ceased functioning at that point. Which was why the emergency screen deactivated so suddenly.

Suddenly, Zahzi's arm reaches up, slowly. It then hits the ground, he tries to get up, but he stops suddenly.

"How many...How many did I kill..?" he finally said, in a regretting voice.

"Well....Other then my leg...You didn't kill anyone." Amnity leaned against the doorframe for support as she lifts up her broken leg. "You alright now? Or are you going to shock me with more black lightning?" She steadied herself before limping over to him. The soldier looked like hell, her clothes were torn by the shocks of electricity, her face and arms were scarred up, and she had bruises and burns from the explosions.

Kimi erased everything that could've connect her with the government and Mira/Kimi. She finally got two feet away from the little girl and the man and said in a caring and worried voice, "I saw her fall. Can I help in any way?"

Dro'ki sensed something that didn't play right he didn't know what but he concentrated his reception and detected that another person was near by, He would have acted on instincts by fanning out his spines and going into active camouflage but doing so could either hurt the girl or scare her.

(I'm still in beast form) Dro'ki did not turn to face Kimi "She will be fine ma'am but thank you for offering. May I ask why a dressed up female like yourself is wondering in a area like this?"
