Well I'm up on anothernight of a screwed up sleep schedule.
So with my "By score" To heero and Gai's comment on using my Timber Gears and the fact i'm bored, I'm going to share my ideas of Timber gears
Timber Gear 1: The one people have seen if they read the fight. Mainly a defencive unit with minor attack and mobility. The primary weapons are the two hand ta are three fingered metal claws.. Each hand can be fittered with an array of weapons, a rapid fire needle luancher, a shot gun needle luancher, a single fire kunai or throwing star, a drill, or a flame thrower.
Timber Gear 2: The opposite little brother of Timber Gear 1. This suit is smaller and more nimble, more of a suit of armor. It can weild more weapons , mainly it is able to use melee weapons like swords and bows and arrows due to it more human shape. The offencive capabilities goes further. On it's back is an enginering marval, the Chakra Generater. Created from backward enginering of the armor from the land of snow, the Chakra generator allows the suit to preform jutsus stronger then the warer normaly is capable of useing.
Mega Timber Gear:When giant monster come who do you call.....No not ghostbusters idiot, Mega Timber Gear. A giant Robot made of Steal and wood, The giant version of the kage incharge of Iwa at the time fighters with a masive samurai sword. It has a large Chakra Generator, so it too can preform jutsus. It is opperater by a three man team, one for the arms, one for the legs, and one to maintain the poweroutputs for the body. It also comes with theme music that simaly to an 90's TV show. The lyrics to the song are "Go, go Iwa Ninja!" that repeates over and over untill the end of the battle.

Oh your gunna want much more than that man.
Here's what I'm thinking, you could basicly take your character and turn him into a puppeteer. The problem is that you are from the Village Hidden in the Rocks, which actually could be used to aid you. Instead of wooden cogs you could have stone or steal gears inside of your mech which would let it do a lot more.
Also defensively, you could use rock as a sort of 'extra armor' on it.
My main sudgestion would be this:
Make 'Timber Gear 1' into an incredibly light weight basicly body suit. It really shouldn't improve you all THAT much, but it should have a lot of random chords coming from it.
Have 'Timber Gear 2' be your first mech. Attach the chords coming from your 'Timber Gear 1' to the various mechanical instruments within the mech to make it work.
Gear 2 should definately be a Speed Gear rather than a Defensive Gear, because near the begining of the battle you will want to test your opponent for weaknesses, and the best way to do it is while running circles around them.
Gear 3 and 4 should be the Attacking and Defensive Gears respectively and depending upon the situation you could choose which one you would summon first.
Gear 5+ should be what are called 'auxillery' or 'special situation' suits. They would be for situations where pure Attack and pure Defense won't work. Maybe you could have a Poison Gear, a Tree Climbing Gear, a Chakra Enhancing Gear, Flight Gear, etc.
Do you understand where I'm coming from? If you do it with 1, 2, 3 like that, then when you hit Gear 3 there litterally is nowhere else you can go, but if you have your 'strongest' gears being specialty gears, then you can go as far as your immagination will take you. If one specialty doesn't work out, you can switch too another.
The fact of the matter is, if you come straight out with the guns, you will leave yourself incredibly open. You need to strategize, figure out what will work in the situation and exploit it.

I like that idea, but having a stone suite doesn't make sence since stone is heavy and hard to move.Haveing attatchments to the body suit is a nice idea as well, but again that woul have to fall in for Timber Gear 2 since i've already used Timber Gear 1 in battle. In acuality I've already done that since i said the suits can be equiped with different weapos and such.

Not made of stone, but have stone attachements, because stone is much harder to get through than wood. Also you can change my Timber Gear 1 idea into a suit your character wears into battle. It's much more difficult to attatch new weapons onto your mech than it is to summon a mech that has the weapons already on it. Imagine how tough it would be to place jet packs on the back of a mech durring the middle of battle. It's good to have the suits in preperation before the match itself. Preperation is the difference between life and death in the ninja world. Your character has a lot of potential and if you will allow it, I will help you attain it. Give me a week and I could send you a list of 10-20 suits that you could use as individual mech's for your character. Hell even writing this I've thought of a few more. The most important thing is that you need to have a description of each of the mechs, you need to know the mechanics behind the thing, do your research, figure out what you could do to give your mech some killer properties. Here's an example: Magnetic Gear A wooden gear with a pair of metalic rods protruding from it's right and left side. These rods can be polarized by a device located within the cockpit of the Mech that causes the gears to turn fast enough to send an electrical current through the rod giving it a negative or possitive charge depending upon which rod the charge is sent too. If both rods are charged, the magnetic attraction between the two will be strong enough to create a magnetic/electrical field around the gear itself. If only one of the rods is charged and an opponent is nearby, then large amounts of static energy built up on the head of the rod itself is capable of lanching an electric current towards the opponent. The Magnetic Gear has many defensive properties not normally apparent. If polarized correctly, the magnetic charge can attract Kunai and other metalic objects to them, leaving the center of the Mech which contains the cockpit free from harm. ^Created off the top of my head.^ Think things through. Tweak things to make them work and eventually you will be a force to be reconned with.

Again adding stone on would be just adding weight. I would go for metal. Having sweet mech powers would be cool, but i want to try and keep a theme or old tech going into future technolgy. Like Mega gears engin will be more like a steam powered engin. Timber gear 2 engin will funtion like a lawn mower engin having to start by pulling on a cord.
The problem i see with you idea of having the mech alread out is where would I store it? On my back is far to cleche, i would be a reolor of the puppent guy.

Storing is easy, ninja scrolls will store anything you need. The problem is that every weapon that you place on the Mech will need to be summoned individually into the scroll, so mech's with massive amounts of needles or kunai will be tough to do.
If you do take the scroll rout, here is my warning: It takes as much chakra to seal something as it does to summon it, so if I were you, I would wait until the battle is completely finished before cleaning up the mech's scattered around the battle field.

There are plenty, you hit on one of them when you jumped into the lake. Water is very bad for it. There are a bunch more, but I'm not going to point them out, people need to think through it, read the description closely and figure out a way to defeat it.

well that, but i thought on this and correct me if i'm wrong. In the first season of Naruto Haku was the first to use a kekai Genkai that wasn't an eye power. To his his power he had to have water aroundh im to freeze into the ice mirrors.
Your power is the control over ash. so to have this power first you must have ash to control. Now that could be burning the skin cells on the outer layer of your skin, or if you use a fire attack and had burnt something, use the ash from there. Since you just made th ash i'm thinking it came from your body or clothes maybe, but either way something had to be burned to make ash. Ash also wouldn't have much flame to it since ash is the result of something burning and can't really be on fire, thought it could be hot. So your ash would only have a limited time of use untill you need more.
Going back to if the ash is coming from your body, you ouwld have to burn up your body once the first lyer of skin cells is used up. If more extreme you could push the limits and may use a whole partof your body to burn up like a finger or a hand to produce enough ash to fight.

If more extreme you could push the limits and may use a whole partof your body to burn up like a finger or a hand to produce enough ash to fight. The 'ash' is just a term used by people. It's technically dead (or in later levels living) skin cells that are infused with chakra. Yes you are correct that as time goes on the cells become useless and burn away, but you also must know that millions of these cells flake off of the human body every day. I litterally have an unlimited supply of these cells to use. Hell brushing your arm litterally results in scrapping off thousands of the particles. But what you said is true, and in later levels of the Kekkei Genkai it comes into play in a very realistic way. Level 2 of the Kekkei Genkai lets me convert living cells into the ash, which peels away the primary layer of skin around my body leaving muscles explosed. Level 3 of the Kekkei Genkai allows me to convert body parts into the ash, which completely destroys the body parts. Level 4 is the most dangerous, I litterally turn my entire body into the ash, which kills me and leaves a Chakra Beast in my place. The Kekkei Genkai is bad news in the upper levels. As it stands I can only create enough ash to create very small objects. Two Kunai, a tiny shield, just enough to fill my mouth. Also if you noticed I spaced my jutsu's out over the course of the battle. I was allowing my body to rebuild the ash supply. This character is VERY thought out Lomarco.
