"Ready sleepyhead?" she asked quietly, eyes regarding him softly as her slight voice spoke. it was soft, airy like when they had first met.

Zy smiled when hearing her voice. "Yeah." He said as he got up and gathered his things.

She yanked her cloak around herelf, turning to face the darkened sky as she waited fior him.

Zy walked up behind her and put his coat on her shoulders; remembering that she was cold last night. He held on to her longer than necessary. "Let get a move on it." he told her. You could hear the smile in his voice.

She nodded. "thank you, Zy." she smiled slightly, hugging the coat to herself as she stepepd forward. "I can run right now, i think you'd be able to catch up..." she arched an eyebrow at him. "unless you're too old?"

Zy threw his head back and laughed. "The ignorance of youth never ceases to amaze me." He look back at her and smiled. " I'll give you a head start." He told her as he got in a position to run.

She was always a fast runner, always. she bolted forward on all fours, dissapearing from sight in secodns as she sprinted along the gorund, following her nose.

Zy got out of the running position at walked onward. Then he suddenly leaped forward into the air; several feet up. He could see the werewolf a little ways ahead of him. He grinned as his body lowered in to the ground at a fast past. Zy immediately leaped into the air again just as he touched the earth.

She coudl smell him gaining and lowered herself closer to the ground, becomign streamline as she weaved through trees and underbruch like a bullet. she evaded obstacles easily, quickly.

Zy continued to leap into the air. He knew he would be no match for her on foot, so he didn't even try.

Shaon felt her breath begginign to come harder but kept at it, eyes wide with the thrill, the freedom, the feeling. it was ecstacy for her.

This was usually how Zy would hunt for his food, but it was fun this time. hunting never gave him pleasure that it did for the other vampires. He was catching up to his prey.

Shaon smelled him, the scent of her made her slightly afraid, but filled her with a strange feeling she couldn't place. She continued to run, padding on all fours, going into a full-blown sprint.

Zy noticed she was gaining distance; his next jump wasn't as high as the other one, but it was faster. He started to breath heavily as he quickened.

Shaon's breathign was ragged, her lugns straining to get enough air. she coudl feel pain searing in her limbs. Lactic acid build up...not enough oxygen. she tried taking deeper breaths, but it didn't help. still, she continued her pace.
