Hiyas, my Gaian name is Chizumiya. It comes from part of my surname and I stuck some stuff around it. I live in England and I'm Chinese. I've been learning Japanese since last September (and I really suck at it too sweatdrop ). I'm an otaku, I love to draw manga and perhaps you'll see my published books/ anime/ visual novels in the future whee

Hello everyone!
My username is Iam Loveless; feel free to call me to shorten it, if you wish.
I'm a sophomore in college, working towards a major in English. I have yet to decide on a minor.
I'd love to minor in Japanese, but my university, unfortunately, doesn't offer those courses.
I am taking the History of Modern Japan though!
I'm a huge anime/manga dork, and a rising Jrock fan. I especially love the Visual Kei style of Jrock. The costumes they come out with are awesome!
After I achieve my Masters degree, I plan to move to Japan and teach English over there. I'll be living with a friend of mine who will move with me.
I'm still a very early beginner at Japanese (I'm self-teaching and don't have much time), but I'm doing my best to learn.

I'm Neverending NekoKitsune (Long name isn't it? =P) Not much to say about me, I like cats, and the only way I learn Japanese is teaching myself or watching anime to firgure some out =D I'm Vietnamese, love animes, and well, yeah xD Yodeshkunai! why, hello there. my name is echo-dono, i'm 15 and live in the U.S.A. i was always interested in other cultures and languages, and reading/drawing manga and watching anime has made me appreciate japanese culture even more. I would like to learn how to speak it, but my pronunciation is horrible and if i don't see it everyday i'll forget... But i do know a few words. And i plan on going to Japan (and every other country) whether i know the language or not...i'll buy a dictionary.

Hi im Seiichi Kimura and i am 15 years old!
Facts about me:
1: I REALLY like strawberries.
2: Dont EVAR try to steal my strawberries!
3: I dislike noisy people that disturb me when i am asleep...
4: I can sit up to 24 hours on Gaia if i have absolutely nothing else to do O.o

My name is Nathan (I be male). I'm nineteen (twenty in two months).
I've been interested in Japan for a while, but only recently decided to learn the language. I thought it would be interesting, and maybe it might come in handy to any trips I take to Japan in the future!
I'm in Asian ball-jointed dolls, music, movies, psychology, photography, animals, nutrition and I'm trying to learn about fashion design. I hope to go back to college next year, to study nutrition, psychology and fashion design. I want to be either a dietician or a gender therapist.
So, I'll leave it there. ^_^

Hi my name is sayuri07, and currently a freshman in college. ive been interested in the japanese language and culture since i was like 10, i took some Japanese in high school, sad to say it didnt really stick with me crying (i have a very short memory span xp ).
Things about me:
1. i love cats (but am deathly allergic to them)
2. i love oranges, dont like banannas
3. i read a lot (really i do)
4. my number one goal in life if to travel, and finally pass my ASVAB test. sweatdrop

Hi everyone, I'm Lolita_Star 20 but my real name is Nicole. You can either call me that or just Lolita if you want. I'm 20 years and currently a culinary arts major at the Art Institute of Atlanta. I've always thought Japan was a interesting place because I got to live there for three years when I was younger. The only thing I regret is not getting to learn the language well enough. I left there to come back to the states and didn't really remember much. I believe everyone should get a chance and visit Japan because it is really lovely during the summer. The people there are really nice too. My goal is to go back one day with my friends.
I hope to meet more people who like the Japanese culture here.

My name is Nadja, Im 19 years old and living in Germany. 3nodding
Since I was a child I have loved anime and manga, later this little obsession also affected anything related to Japan. I used to have a japanese penpal, but unfortunately we lost touch. crying
Im trying to learn a bit japanese by watching anime, I know its not much, xD. It would be great if I could learn more about Japan, its culture and language here! biggrin
Today I tried making Onigiri, I found the recipe on the internet. whee .. lets say it didnt go that well... sweatdrop Does anyone have any advice for me?

I'm Catastrophe and I like anime, manga, animals, and music. I've been trying to learn Japanese for a few months but, am having little luck by myself seeing as I get sidetracked easily sweatdrop

Im sakulaura, I love Japanese culture. I first started learning about Japanese culture after I got into anime. I wanted to learn more about it and just got swallowed up into their amazing way of life. Um Im currently learning (or attempting) Japanese off my itouch via Human Japanese and its going well but slow and some what boring with no one to talk to...SO I decided this would be a fun place ^-^...oh Im 16 and I take spanish too

WHATSUP PEOPLES!!!
My username is Ichi Masaki but Ichi is fine. Ive also been called Itch before so i guess thats cool too. I like to talk when theres something to talk about. I speak English, Tagalog and a lil bit of French (i totally suck at it) and very recently ive been studying a bit of Japanese. However i dont just want to speak it, i want to be able to write it as well (for artistic reasons). hopefully ill pick up some useful stuff here and maybe yall can learn somethin from me too!
