max followed strobe and sat down next to him. he wrapped an arm around strobe and leaned down to nuzzle strobe's arm with the side of his head. max's tail wrapped itself around strobe's waist without max realizing it. "i didnt mean to make you upset. you dont have to tell me if you dont want to, but if you ever want to talk about it, ive got some big ears. i wont go around telling everyone either, and you can trust me because cats are loyal." he looked up at strobe and smiled. the insides of his ears turned a little red with a blush brought on by the closeness of the two.

Strobe unconciously noticed how warm the embreace was, then how close Max was to him. For some reason unknown, his cheecks got a little red from the contact, and the fact that he never wore a shirt didn't help.
"Uh.... Thanks, Max. I'll remember that." He said, taking a second to put his mind back on track.

Kioko sat by the fire reading the book that she had just gotten. it had been an hour since she started and she was only up to the fifth page, considering the fact that the words were so small and the pages were so big.

max stopped nuzzling strobe and just sat there. "i never thought i would say this, but i miss school. i miss my old friends. im tempted to visit them at their homes, but they might shoot me out of fear. i still want to go see them though, to see how theyve changed." and to visit my old boyfriend. he thought to himself.

Jackie was still withdrawn from the group, sitting on a tree branch, staring up t the sky. She sighed silently as she looked down to Strobe and Max. She felt a small smile tug on the corners if her mouth. It caused her to giggle softly, which hardly ever happens. She quickly caught herself and covered her mouth, looking away. She didn't want to get into any more trouble with them.

max heared jackie laughing and looked up at her, a slight blush making its way up his face under his fur. "whats so funny up there" he asked her.

She too blushed when she realized that he heard her. "O-Oh! Nothing..." She said softly as she looked away, bringing her hand to her lips in a slight defensive gesture. " just...thought it was sweet...that's all..."

now he blushed so hard it showed through his fur. "you mean, you thought, and what i said earlier, ahhhh. no, i couldnt date strobe, not that your not cute," he said to strobe, then he started to panic, because he didnt mean to say that. "i mean, uh what i meant to say is, that is, uh. oh man, i screwed up, ill just be leaving now." he stood up nervously, but couldnt make his legs move.

Jackie jumped down from the tree and took Max's arm, leading him away from Strobe. "Do you need to talk? Max..." She said softly as she looked up to him, wanting to help in some way.

Max's actions had missled Strobe as well, and it ended up that he was blushing harder than before. He got up and went into the tunnel with the river to collect himself before he did or said something stupid.

"i said something that bothered strobe, so i just wanted to let him know that he could tell me about it if he wanted to. then you thought that, you know, so i got nervous and scared that he might not want me around anymore. a lot of people dont like me because i like guys, one of those people being my dad. i couldnt move. i miss my old boyfriend." he started crying softly, and his tail drooped to rest between his legs.

Jackie smiled softly as she hugged him. "Don't worry. I know..." She said softly as she looked up at him, trying to wipe away his tears. "I know how you feel...my family didn't approve of me as well..." She tried her best to comfort him but it was kind of hard to be subtle about her sexuality without doing so.

Kioko looked up enough to see what had happened, She smiled at how silly her friends could be at some points, it brought back a little liveliness to the party. She then looked back down to do her reading. So far, it was just talking about the seals and how they worked and what i meant

((yeah, im bi in real life, but im a little scared about how my family will take it when i tell them, so i was thinking, why not be open about it in my rps))
"yeah and your family didnt turn you into an animal either, did they?!" he sniffled. "im sorry, i didnt mean to say that. i was just upset. i dont know if ill ever be human again, or if ill ever see him again. i miss him so much." he plopped down on the ground and started crying again. he was maybe the youngest of the group, but by far the most mentally scarred, because he was awake through the whole process.

[[ I'm Bi in real life too. I already told my parents but they said I was going through a "mental stage" in my life...or whatever that means. I've known I was Bi for about 4 years now...and I'm lovin' it!! ]]
Jackie sat down next to him and hugged him tightly. "But I do understand...my parents were upset when I told them too..." She said softly as she rested her head on his shoulder. "And I'm here, now, changed, like you." She tried her hardest not to cry as well as she began to relive those painful memories in her mind. She bit her lip as she let out a deep breath that she had been holding for the longest time.
