Meats were laid out infront of Ryu and Iro while the fruits were put infront of Lyoko. An extra plate was brought out which Lyoko filled with meats and put on the floor for Kari. Lyoko took her normal fruit helpings and ate slowly.

It was easy to see how much Iro had raised Ryu as both not only had the same meal, but the way they ate was identical.

She glanced up at them while she ate and smirked a little, laughing silently. If she hadn't known that they weren't related she would've guessed that they were brothers, they were so much alike. Kari had finished what was on her plate and seeing as Lyoko wasn't paying attention she pawed at Iro's pants, begging him for more meats. "Kari, Iie!"

Iro looks to Kari as she paws at his leg. He smiles some and grabs a steak setting it on her plate. "A lovely pet you've got here" He says to Lyoko. "how long have you two been with one another?"

"Too many years to count. I've had her since she was a cub and when she was old enough I bit her, she's as imortal as I am." Lyoko shook her head as Kari started eating the food Iro gave her. "Since we got here she's been spoiled, now she thinks she's queen of the castle."

Iro gives a nod and says "I see, well then I've no doubt she's quite loyal. Likely to be a kind of body guard to your children when the time comes." Ryu remains quiet as he observes his lord and Lyoko talking.

"I've no doubt about that." Lyoko took another bite of fruit and smiled at Ryu warmly. ~Something wrong hun?~ She thought to him.

Iro resumed eating and Ryu had a drink of his wine. He sends to Lyoko nothing my dear, I just wanted you and my lord to have a chance to talk is all, he and I will have plenty of time to have our own talks later.

She finished her food and got up from the table, Kari ready to follow. "I'm going to go and rest for a while, barely a month and all ready these two are all ready making me tired." She kissed Ryu on the cheek then bowed to Iro before leaving, Kari close at her heel.

Ryu returns the kiss and says "good night my dear Lyoko." Iro nods to her and says "pleasent dreams." Both watch her go and then Iro says "quite the find my boy, quite the find." But smile and resume eating.

Lyoko went up to Ryu's chaimbers anda had Kitsuna help her out of the kimono and into her ngiht clothes. Once that was done, Kitsuna left and closed the door behind her. Kari was all ready laying down on the bed and Lyoko climbed under the covers, falling asleep not long after.

Ryu and Iro talked about the next couple of hours, some about the good ole days, some about more recent business. Finally Iro stands and says "I believe I shall retire for the night, mustn't keep you from your bride to be." He smiles and then is lead by a servent to his room. Ryu then heads to his room seeing Lyoko and kari asleep, he smiles and quietly changes and joins then in bed.

When he climbed into bed she woke up and cuddled up to him. "I thought you two would be up half the night talking." She smiled up at him before tugging back a blanket that Kari stole from her.

He reaches a hand to caress her cheek and smiles "A good host must show curtise to his guests, especially those of importance. But not so much as to deprive the one they love, of due attention." he then leans in close and kisses her lovingly on the lips.

She returned his kiss and wrapped her arms around his waiste. "I'm glad you did show up, Kari isn't a good bed mate." She glared at the cat, "blanket theif."
