The name of the technique your learning should be somewhere in the training...
The funnies name on the page was Number 16 Bus Shelter. Some of the other names for those who didn't read it were Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii, Fish and Chips, Yeah Detroit, Keenan Got Lucy and Sex Fruit

Hm. -thinks about it- If you say that it's awesome then I'll go and buy the cd. I only buy the cds to support the artists I like and who I like all the songs on their cds. I'm all mp3 nowadays.
