I've really never encountered a problem with the skill cap but its mostly to keep people from annihilating everyone and everything in the exams. I think the caps are rather fair. No one really hits it before their exam so we've had no complaints about it.

And since they're in the Jounin exams, I get the feeling I won't be seeing a chuunin exam in the next day or two. XD
I will so lay down bets I can hit the cap by then...>> 40,000 CP shall be nothing to me!

Hahaha good thing no one knows about any of my nins being missing nins cause then getting out of Waterfall would be allot harder with Tsugime there. lol

Hahaha yeah, cause if you did you'd probably be dead, the only people with missing nins up until now were Damian and Green both had enough power to kill most people, Damian was too damn vague smart and Green has some crazy made ups. Ughhh... people are bringing Elites style made ups in here makes me wanna go around an kill them with rp skill.
Oh yeah, the missing nins I got off track hahahahaha... I've got three of them actually. They're going to take over hidden nightemare, but at the current they're pretty weak compared to most people in the guild, but at least Koujin is a nightmare. The only genin I've ever heard of to defeat the mangekyou sharingan. rofl So yeah join us in our evil brotherhood we've got many notorious things to do like reviving Orochimaru, finding the remains of Akatsuki and starting from scratch and yeah possibly finding a way to revive various other evil people.

Hahahaa it's already made I'm pretty sure, unless you can make a viable variation on the one already in use you'll have to learn it from the person who already has it.

*twitch* Well darnit, I figure I could at least have a few of those abilities. At least I still have my giant sword...I'd fight someone over that alone.
Anyways, I'm finding it a lot harder to master of of the thunder elemental skills in our village than I thought. I was shooting for noon...=p
