The only things that help me sleep is lots of alcohol or..... Actually that's it. I can't even fall asleep during Titanic, and that movie is so boring I wanna rip my eyes out to see if I can get any entertainment out of it.

Or a swig of whiskey, gin and tonic, and maybe a fine champagne.

Not a big fan of champagne, and I've never tried gin or tonic. Whiskey though. I could always use whiskey.

All you would have to do if lie straight on your back and take deep breathes that make your diaphragm expand and such.] ღღ

The only time deep breathing helps me is when I'm trying to lower my pulse so I can give blood.

1. I don't have AIDS. 2. If I did, I wouldn't be able to donate.
To balance the evil I do, I need to do something good. Even if it's small. That, and it's something I don't normally do, that comes with free food and a t-shirt.
