Shinsua Unless you can find your character somewhere in the profile sections in the recycle bin, you'll have to create a new one.
And, regardless, you'll have to reapply for your bloodline.

Welcome to the chat~ Just give use some time, because sometimes it looks like its piling up, but the crew deliberates in a group about jutsu, for the sake of multiple reviews, to make sure it's not a skill too broken.
