The first step is admitting that you have a problem!

I couldn't help it! I was talking to some RP friends from LJ, and one mentioned that she needed Beast icons. So I made her about ten of them. Then another friend mentioned a lack of Nightcrawler icons, so I started making some of those. Twenty icons later, I'd made one from a cute Kurt/Amanda scene, so I had to start making icons for Amanda (which is my main character there, also known as Jimaine Szardos). And now a friend is showing me pictures from Catwoman: When in Rome, and I'm trying to icon that for her Selina.

Tim Sale's a hard guy to do justice, though.

PS = PhotoShop, yes?

If you've got ImageReady installed as well, it does animations. I haven't tried it out to see how well it works, though. I used Animation Shop for mine (here and here).
