Malik murmured again, and reached out and grasped her, and fondled, adn nuzzled and cuddles up to her, only a few other murmurs in Tier'dal, though teh occasional wince when some of the deeper sratches rubbed or actually bled some.

The slaves didn't think two thoughts about her outfit, not in teh least. a few of the Breakers roaming took a stare, but that was all. her other clothes were as promised being washeed and pressed and dried, and would probably be done by the end of her session.

At her comfirmation he had merely nodded at the door and made his way down stairs, sitting where he usually did when he was here to more or less supervise her studies. But as she came in, and said her piece before sitting down, Sevilin had to...process a moment. Okay so she was....wearing less than she usually was...and it was all see through mostly...and he was confused. What the hell was that all about now? And why did he have a sinking feeling that his already occupied with her mind would be giving him more trouble.

LLoth be damned for this one. He drummed his fingers on the table, looking down it at her...for he'd yet to take to scribbling his experimental combinations as he usually did...he felt the urge to be personable, or at least...nice. Nice was not a Sevilin thing...but the urge to be so was there. Okay...one comment. One comment and that will ebb the need and he could go about his day. "You're looking better...get that much needed reverie to put you back into sorts?"

Piper blinked in that momentarily dazed manner as she was grabbed and more or less held where she was by him. Oh wasn't he cute, so deep in reverie but also ognaziant of the world outside of that reverie...well to a point of base responses. That earned a light laugh. Though concern was easy to show through at his apparent discomfort. She knew he'd never admit to the feeling when he was awake, but in reverie and relaxed he was quite the open book to her and their bond. A pool of soft swirling feelings that held non of the tinges that bordered mroe negative things when he was awake. But Piper didn't try to slip away, she allowed him her company even in his reverie and took her own in his. Lightly one hand brushed through his hair some, nails working at his scalp lightly. Hm...she should probably file those down if she was scratching him up this badly again. "Amin mela lle Malik. Ta nae amin saesa..." Said with a giggle to follow because she knew his attitude on the subject of the sometimes overly rough scratching.

She was waiting for that comment, just waiting to hear the scorn in his voice, telling her that her little plot wasn't going to work or whatever he came up with. But then he must have remembered the little deal he'd made with Malik. It appeared he hadn't given her a way to back out. She was quite taken by surprise by his rather pleasant comment...had he actually sort of complimented her? She smiled softly and nodded, "Yes I actually did get the reverie I need last night. I feel much better thank you." She was quiet for a moment, willing herself not to stare at him and wonder things that shouldn't even be in her mind in the first place. Available male, her mind was screaming. Available male! "So, what are we learning today?"

There see, that wasn't so hard now was it. Now you wouldn't have the urge to make idle conversation and look at her you idling drow. Under the table, his foot was lightly tapping in the only outward show of his being off kilter to his normal behavor. Above table though, he remained as straight faced and composed as ever.

Though he looked perplexed at her question. Really...he was perplexed. After all, he usually told her to open up the book and study. Though he knew those books inside and out, cover to cover. "How far are you through the first one? Or are you done with that one?" Damn you Sevilin, why couldn't you dismissively wave? No you wanted her to talk to you...damn influenced mind.

Malik's ear twitched, and his eyes shifted some under thier lids, before that feline fluid stretching and yawning, and his eyes moving to open up and look at her, and then pull her down for a kiss that as tinted with the passions of the previous evening.

"good morning, Chev'...how are you feeling?"

PostPosted: Tue Apr 04, 2006 7:47 pm

Oh look he was awake now. How cute and alluring at the same time. Piper only gave a quiet laugh though as he had pulled her down for a passion tinged kiss. "Good morning indeed A'mael." A hand was then laid to his arm over a patch of her scratchings, that empathetic and also apologetic look being given to the so claimed, elf of the dark. "Better than you I'd wager A'mael." Sure, she was bruised quite a bit but that hurt nowhere near as much she was sure...though she knew how he was about his own passion inflicted injuries, he always gave indifference.

She flipped through the book and shrugged, "I'm not really sure. I've kind of been flipping around, not really paying attention to which pages they were on. I think I've got most of them." Her tongue snaked out and moistened her lips then she glanced up at him, amethyst meeting ruby and caught her breath. Why did he have to look so in control? So sinfully attractive? Especially with that braid. She knew what this hair would feel like, satin in her hands and she also knew what it would feel like to have his lips on hers. Raw power and male vitality and Lloth help her she was shamelessly attracted to both. Of course his looks didn't hurt any either but she didn't put much store in them. Being beautiful had never gotten her anywhere and it was a normal thing among her race. There were no ugly drow. She took a deep breath and kept her eyes from going soft and dreamy, forcing her attention back to the tasks at hand. "I think I'm done with this one..."

He looked over at his arm, and glanced a bit at what he could on his back. hmm. almost like she was trying to make a tiger out of him. hey that didn't bother him.

"I feel fine. nothing that bad...I've felt worse, I can promise you that. a lot worse."

A chuckle and he sat up, and took her little gift from her dad, and flicked it on, wincing a bit at the light in his eyes, but let her have her sunrise.

"See, there are sunrises even in the Underdark."

Sevilin stared a moment, practically watching her thoughts shift through her head. He'd seen that look before from women, and curse his b*****d of a father for giving Sevilin his looks. Yet where normally that look ould bring fear and a detached far away feeling, it got a much different response. Strangly liking the way she looked at him like that and wanting her to look at him like that. He barely gave a pleased smirk before he cleared his throat and shook his head to regain himself.

Fingers gave one round of drumming on the table as he looked away from her, organizing thoughts in his head for a moment. It was distracting enough to look at her, seeing as she was wearing next to nothing. "Well then, I suppose you should move onto another." And a book was picked up from his pile and he got up, walking down the table.

It was duly set down in front of her and opened up, a few of it's pages flipped before he apparently found what he was looking for and pointed a finger to the page. "Then if you think you've grasped the basics, start here...see if you can manage with this. If not, back off to the other study." Lightly he laid his hand to her shoulder, patting lightly perhaps in reassuring gesture. But he tensed and snatched his hand back, though guised into a not so snatch reaction, okay that was too far. Touching was not a good thing to do. Again he clearned his throat, looking down at her. "Alright?"

"Oh you always feel fine." She knew the line and everything but despite him always 'feeling fine' she would always feel partially guilty when she tore him up a little bit worse more than usual. "Still." Though she let her head tilt to the side slightly before she moved to sit up with him, glancing with that curious look to his actions before he flicked on the little elven made sky projector, which drew her eyes back to him a moment, knowing that even the artificial sunlight mimicked the real enough to bother his eyes. Though her momentary look of concern over that dissolved into one of thsoe loving smiles as she sighed, lacing her arms around his neck and leaning against his chest, letting her eyes drift upward to watch that little sunrise span out into morning sunshine on the ceiling. The light may not hold the warmth of the actual sun, but she could still remember it. "Leave it to you to prove me wrong A'mael." Though she didn't let the moment linger long, the momenr dawn gave awat to say she reached over, closing it and returning the room back to Underdark shadow. "Not too often seen thought..."

That pleased smirk did something funny to her stomach and she blinked at him for a moment. Of course her attention was drawn to the book and his finger as it pointed at different things. He was standing perilously close to her and her body was responding urging her to take what she wanted the way her nature commanded. She nodded but when his warm palm touched her almost bare shoulder she bit her lip and stiffened. Even when he snatched his hand away, she could still feel the heat spreading from where his fingers had been. By Lloth...how was she supposed to get through a study session like this? Squirming uncomfortably in her chair, she averted her eyes afraid to look at him lest he figure out exactly what she was feeling and glanced at the book instead. Her mind kept drifting though and she thought she might be better off studying what she'd already learned. For now, she kept the new book, attempting to concentrate on the new runes. Please Lloth don't let him decide to test her yet. "Would that be a bad thing? If I'm not ready to move on yet?" Ever the self conscious one about her abilities she had to make sure she was doing this correctly.

"On the contrary, I see them everyday."

A grin to her.

"You're my sunshine, in teh dark. my peice of the surface, even if it becomes somethign I only remember in reverie, I have it here, in you. in your eyes and your skin, and your laugh and your passion."

He gave her a gently hug, and got himself up, stretching some more, and even showing some scratching on hsi thighs. wow they had a wild time last night. but he just threw on a pair of loose almost martial art style pants.

"Anything you'd like from the kitchen, Chev'?"

"Well...not really. Runing is quite the different art opposed to most learned. Not being able to advance quickly is common. It takes time and effort." Ah yes, something easy for him to get lost in, even as he clasped his hands behind his back, walked the length of the table, turned and walked back again to stand next to her once more, peering over her shoulder at the book, tyring to keep his eyes on the book and only the book.

"Mistakes will cripple and kill. It's better to learn it slow and know it all than to try and speed through and end up mangling or killing yourself. There's a reason, there are so many low level rune mages...they lack the patience to endure the time needed for the training." Ah yes sweet sweet knowledge to get lost in...though his eyes kept drifting her her and he was having to remind himself to keep them focused on the curves that were in the book and not out of it. No, he shouldn't feel this way...there had to be something wrong. That look Malik gave at that cup...it was all trying to add up to something horrible.

Malik did have the elvish flare to words that was natural in their kind. The ability to masterfully put forth meanings far greater than they were alone or even really were. A wonderful touch to thier kind. A little melodic laugh that did indeed perhaps echo the sounds of windchimes in surface born wind. "Your little diamond, or rather as you told me, blue diamond in the rough." Though she couldn't help but give one of those girlish sighs of infatuation...but that was broken soon enough with a shake of her head as he roused himself from bed. Though a raised eyebrow at further scratch evidence and she rolled over to her bedside table, rifling in a drawer a moment and pulling out a nail file before turning attention to Malik once more. "Oh room service this morning?" A little laugh with that. "Your mood proves better than I expected. You could bring me up something light and something warm to drink." Still ate like a bird, even when she should have a ravenous appetite.

Well that answered her question rather nicely, now didn't it? She glanced up at him quickly, watching him for a moment and then forcibly tore her eyes away then searched the table for that other book. Grabbing it, she began to flip through it and then froze when he once again stood behind her. So close. It would take nothing to lean back against him and feel...feel what? The chair back would keep anything from really being felt and she would only make a fool of herself. Her instincts were killing her at this point and she ran her fingers through her hair lightly, concentrating on combing it out. "I think I'm not quite ready to move on yet. There's still some things I haven't quite mastered in this one." Don't' look at him, don't' look at him....but if she would only listen. Of course she didn't, instead she leaned her head back and looked up at him from that strange angle...he was bewitching like that too....by Lloth...did the man have any parts that weren't desirable?

Malik chuckled lightly at her nail filing already, and headed downstairs, neverminding a shirt, hell he didn't mind the obviously visibile signs of a wild passion ridden night..and past Sevilin and Zahara, getting some small muffins and milk for Piper, bearclaws and eggs and bacon for himself and wine.

Though a glance at the other two drow and a small grin.

"well well. for once you're both up, no one was yelling or dragging someone else. how nice. and I todl you that you'd look good in green. wouldn't you agree Sevilin?"

Taking a drink from his glass before arranging things on a silver tray set and getting the butter and ketchup for his eggs and the muffins.

He looked down at her, his eyes holding hers for the time being as she had looked up at him. Well damn it Sevilin, you picked the damnedest time to look down didn't you? Just don't let your eyes wander anywhere. Though whether wandering or holding her gaze he really couldn't tell which would be worse. Long long moment of perhaps awkward silence before he again cleared his throat in effrort to break up thoughts and what not and refocus himself.

"Whatever you feel you need to do to be ready for your tests." That's right, focus on her lessons, not on how close she was and why you couldn't stand on your damn side of the table Sevilin. Distance was a wonderful thing, use it! "These things take time." Brain to Sevilin, words are not distancing you. "Took me over two and a half centuries to get where I am." Hey, legs...walk! "That's studying everyday, about six hours at a time." Okay personal sharing moment is over. He shook his head again almost as if he'd gotten dirt thrown in his face. You're still standing there Sevilin.

But his look turned to Malik as he made an entrance and his eyebrows raised at the all too aparent scratches on his back and arms. He shuddered to think where more might have been. Good lord, did the surface trash do that to him? Well if so he hoped Malik beat the wild cat out of her. She deserved it. Tretcherous women, all of them....rip you apart the first chance they got. Though his brows furrowed at Malik's question.

And with that question he coldn't help but look at Zahara...and then wish he hadn't as he had quickly looked the other way and to the far off wall. My that was intersting. "It's amazing what a good reverie will do to one. Though for the sake of argument...green is indeed her color..." Oh merciful Vhaerun...spare him this moment...

Yes she was already filing her nails down. No matter how much he said it was okay, she wasn't happy when she ripped him to shreds. Though she could argue that it was his fault for putting her in such a passion ridden state. Then again if she had that excuse to use, she was sure his ears would probably be bleeding as well from assult via screaming. Who would of thought quiet little Piper was quite contrary in bed. THough in his abscense she reached over and clicked on that sun spot holder, throwing a morning blue sky to the ceiling. She'd never admit to her guilty pleasure in that sight. After all, it was better for her to learn it as a memory sooner than later.
