I thought it was Gaara2000 but his siggy says he's in the Village Hidden in the Leaves not in the Clouds...Anyone wanna help me so I can get on my way to figuring this out?" sweatdrop razz He is the kage of the cloud village in this guild, in his guild he has konoha see. that confused the crap out of me but thanks! *goes to pm Gaara*

I'm thinking about one that is based in electricity cuz it's pretty swank. And quite frankly I have no idea what swank means but it's cool so I say it.
