"Nidoking! Catch!" Ginji yelled as he threw an experimental substance up in the air as Nidoking made a grab for it. As the two made contact, a strange aura surrounded Nidoking, bursting with life and vigor. "Joltik! Thunder!" Ginji yelled as a lightning bolt crashed down on Zubat, causing it to wobble and faint on the spot.
Nidoking, feeling very Encouraged by the new substance introduced into its realm of being, decided to use Flamethrower. Golbat was engulfed in the blast, the extra damage being a nice touch. However, an attack that would normally burn the opponent if you were lucky, would not in this situation. Golbat attacked Joltik with a sudden Air Slash, KOing the small Pokemon, causing Ginji to send in Solosis. Nidoking roared again, using Thunder to get rid of the Golbat.
From the alcove behind the bat Pokemon, Sigilyph appeared, used a prominent Psybeam on Nidoking to try and beam him down a level. "Nidoking, hang in there!" Ginji called out as the large beast just growled before unleashing another Thunder, hitting the Sigilyph directly on the wings. "Ultraball! Go!" the teen called as the ball wiggle three times and stood still.
"Now. For Archie." Ginji's team nodded and returned to their ball.

*A Golbat shows up*
Me: Attack go!
*Deoxys[Attack] comes out*
Me: Psychic.
*The bat goes down in a gurry*
*A Swoobat shows up*
Me: I didn't realize those things migrated here... Shadow Ball!
*The fluffy bat goes down after being hit by a ball of ecto plasma*
*A Duosion appears*
Me: Really interesting. Deoxys return.
*Deoxys is recalled*
Me: Marowak, go!
*Duosion uses Trick Room and the dimesions get all twisted*
Me: That's interesting.
*Marowak is then hit by a Psychic*
Me: Swords Dance!
*Marowak starts preparing fury*
*Duosion uses another Psychic*
Me: False Swipe.
*Duosion is at 1 HP*
Me: PokeBall go!
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
DING!
Me: Cool.

Nick wandered a little deeper into the cave, and found just what he wanted. A Rhydon was just ahead. It noticed him and roared loudly, charging at Nick. "Uh oh. Zero, help!" he yelled, tossing the Poke Ball containing his Crocnaw. "Aqua Jet, real fast!" he ordered.
The charging Rhydon was stopped by Zero's water powered rush, and substantially weakened as well.
"RHYYYY!" it roared again. It stabbed Zero with a powerful Horn Attack, damaging him.
"Man, these Cerulean Cave Pokemon are no joke. Aqua Tail!" Nick commanded. Zero nodded, grasping his wound. Still clinging to hold blood in, he leaped into the air and smashed Rhydon against the wall with the element of water added to his tail.
The rock type was stunned, this was the right time, "Poke Ball, go!" Nick yelled.
One... Two... Three!
"Welcome to the team, Cuerno." Nick smiled as he watched the Poke Ball teleport. "I wonder what else is in this cave..." he asked himself.

Me: Take the stream down some I guess.
*I call out Gyrados and get on her back*

Ginji tossed out Nidoking and and rode down the water on his back. "Onward! To battle!" he called out as he drew a sword. "I want to hit Archie with my sword."

"Fun." Nick grinned as Zero leaped into the water. He jumped right behind him, resting on his stomach. "Anyone up for fishing?" he asked.

*As we're Surfing, Flying Sharpedo and blue Grimer attack us from the water*
Me: Honestly, I can't say I'm surprised. Take down one of each. Remember, the Grimer are immune to Psychic.

"Heh heh." Rex smiled. "Crawdaunt! Surf!" Crawdaunt pushed away the two Pokemon. He sent out Galvantula, who used an Electroweb, finishing Sharpedo. Grimer countered with Sludge Bomb, but was finished with Surf and Electroweb.

"Dibs on Grimer!" Nick yelled. "Go, Zero!" the Pokemon he was on dropped his Trainer into the water, ready to battle.
"Use Surf!" Nick ordered. Zero manipulated the water to ram the Poison type into the wall, dealing immense damage to the already knocked out Pokemon.
"Way to go, Rex." Nick teased.

*I send Marowak back out*
Me: OK, Double Earthquake!
*Gyrados and Marowak both hit the ground hard, and Grimer is KOed*
*Sharpedo retaliates with a Waterfall to Marowak, who finally has had enough and is KOed*
Me: Outrage!
*Gyrados slams into Sharpedo, doing good damage*
*Sharpedo counters with a crunch into Gyrados, but it doesn't do much*
*Gyrados finishes her Outrage and KOs Sharpedo*
Me: Good.
*I recall Marowak*

A Sharpedo jumped out of the water at Nick, only to be blasted aside by an Aura Sphere. "Sorry I'm late," Shaydas smiled, swimming toward the group. "Bad traffic." The Sharpedo approached Shaydas from behind and dragged the Lucario under the water.
Shaydas emerged from the depths of the stream, coughing a little. A Grimer floated to the surface and fled, obviously defeated. "Lousy sludge," Shaydas grumbled. "Trying to attack me when my back was turned..."
