I will talk to accounting this morning. The funny thing is that this stuff happens a lot, and not just to me. Nobody cares. There's this total apathy in this company about the people who work here. It's pitiful.

The varying employee treatment in companies bother me..
My moms company gives out free gifts to employees every 5 years, (better stuff every time, And you get to choose from a magazine, Nice stuff, stereos, gold watches, etc.)
Others give raises every 6 months. >>
Others (I am looking at you fast food restaurants) Treat their employees like crap.
Guessing its a issue of where they worked initially?
A employee or employer who is used to being treated/treating others a certain way probably has issues changing into a new way of doing things.
