Ashley got hit with a small drop in one of her eyes and she growled and closed her eye in pain. Though now she was pissed, she started slashing madly, quicker and harder then she was before, even with her wounded arm.

((amen to the ealier post xd ))
alex went to hit ashley in the face with the towel again. he ran into the tub area one last time and snagged a couple try towels, tieing them together, putting some jugs of chlorine in them and bolting off around ashley, off in a direction that he didnt know headed toward sky.

Ashley ran after Alex and tackled him to the ground before he got very far.
(only because it would have taken him time to do all that stuff with the towels and chlorine...and he ran right past her)

Ashley caught the towel and then threw it away and then growled, she pinned Alex's arms down and glared at him with her one presently working eye "So...what's it going to be human, die...or turn" she growled.

"i choose choice C." he smiled wickedly and buckeled up his legs and threw both legs at ashley's chest, which coincidentally made his gun fall out of its holster and fall just within reach of his hand. he snatched it with his fingers and pointed it roughly at ashley and fired the remaining 2 rounds left.

(wait...if Ashley was on top of Alex's back, how could he kick her, and she pinned his hands down so they couldn't move..............how could he move if she had him pinned?)

((i thought he was facing up at her. anyway u pinned his arms, not his legs. he could easily throw a kick up from udner, which could knock the gun from the holster, landing it within reach of his hand, and he coudl still shoot her from that position.))

(But still, he was facing down because she chased him and then knocked him down, and even if he kicked her, she was still pinning his arms down, which would also pin his hands down so he wouldn't have been able to get a very clear shot at her.....)

((uuuuh i think we have a massive misunderstanding as to her pinning him down, pposition wise. usually when someone is pinned their pinned with the attacker holding them by above the wrists. at the hands gives too much leverage for the attacked. and gtg. sis wants on.))

(Actually most attackers hold the 'prey' by their wrists to keep movement of the hand limited, but still, Ashley was on Alex's back, which would keep his upper body limited in movement and his legs, yes they could be brought back at the knee joints, but that wouldn't be enough for Ashley to be forced off and it wouldn't be enough for his gun to fall out)(ok, see ya)

((ok i see the point of on the wrist but he could use his fingers to point the gun up. its rough but can be accurate and after all its point blank. plus how did only 1 drop of chlorine get on ashley when alex whipped the towel all over the place. ashley's fur should me stinking of chlorine. not to mention the tub area door is wide open. the chlorine fumes are diffusing in the hallway xd my stubburness prevails once again!!!))

(You may be stubborn....but most people call me the queen of arguments razz ...Anyway...Alex would pretty much have to dislocate his wrist in order to point the gun at Ashley. And the chlorine thing: most pools or hot tubs use tablets, not liquid to keep the water clean, and the one drop thing: Ashley was moving as well and I figured you'd have bitched at me more if I said she wasn't hit by it......So, what it all comes down to is this:
Ashley is on Alex's back to the point where unless he was jerking and bucking, he wouldn't get away.
Ashley is holding Alex down so his arms are not of use at the moment.
She can't use one eye at the moment.
So....basically, unless something drastic happens, he's screwed....)
