Hetalia is hardly the first to do this sort of thing, and hardly the most offensive. Hell, Himaruya really puts out an effort to treat his characters fairly with regards to stereotypes, etc. compared to others.

China: Yeah, I read Afuganis-tan ages ago, and though it didn't really appeal to me as a series, I didn't get all bawww butthurt about the offensive aspects. I just stopped reading.

I've just seen a pic of Tzar Nicholas (Romanov) and two other guys swimming naked. Nicholas looks fine as he is shown just waist up, and he has an amazing body; but the other two guys... burning_eyes

Yeah I officially have no life btw. On the upside, my horizons are broadening as to which pairings I can write. I wrote a France/Canada today. 8D Um, which makes it my 17th request filled... Out of those, I think only two were under a page long. x.x Not that anyone cares but eh, yeah.
