Rex finally summoned enough strength to drag himself out from under the sleeping Galvantula. "Your.....heavy....." He recalled Galvantula and proceeded to the kitchen.

Ariel was in the kitchen, getting ready to bake cookies. She noticed Rex as soon as he entered the kitchen. "Oh, hi," she greeted. "We haven't met before, have we?" She comes near him, offering her hand as a handshake. "I'm Ariel."

"Rex." He replied. "But I believe we have met before, about a week or two ago we went to Citedark Isle together." Rex said. Rex examined his team roster. "Hmm, I may need to switch out some members so others can get some evo points."

"Well here's my main team." Rex backed up a couple steps, then threw six Poke Balls. The Poke Balls all opened up and revealed Crawdaunt, Quilava(Shiny), Scrafty, Galvantula, Treecko, and Tropius. Rex also brought up a list of the rest of his Pokemon.

Ariel put the dough into the tray, attempting to make a perfect circle. After putting them in the oven, she looked at the list. "Well, that's a lot of pokemon!" She exclaimed. "More than I have." She then glanced at the 6 pokemon around Rex, mostly at the evolved pokemon. "You must be in at least tier 4, correct?"

"Yup, Omega Scout." Rex said. He recalled all his Pokemon and put the Poke Balls away.

Ariel said, "Ah, that means we're in the same rank-" A small 'ding' was heard. "Oh it's ready!" She grabbed her mittens and opened the oven. She grabbed the trays and put them on the table. "The cookies are almost done. They just need to cool down a bit."

"Aww crap..." Rex sighed. Crawdaunt burst out, somehow hearing something about cookies. Crawdaunt looked around urgently for the cookies.

Nick entered the kitchen, being attracted by the heavenly scent of cookies. Zero walked right behind him, a little lost in the Aqua base. Their desert training had made him forget all about the Aqua Base. In face, Zero at one point thought they had joined Team Magma. "Gurag." Nick blabbed incoherently.

Minutes have passed and the cookies cooled down. You can now have some Rex," Ariel said as she put all the cookies in a platter."Oh hello," Ariel said to Nick, who came into the kitchen. "Would you like a cookie? It's fresh and home-made."

"Yes, please..." he mumbled, taking two cookies. As he took a bit out of one, he tossed the other into the mouth of his Croconaw. Zero swallowed it and smiled happily, eyeing the rest of the cookies. Nick slapped his arm away as the Pokemon tried to steal another.
"I don't believe we've met. I did see you in the mission yesterday though." Nick said, finishing his cookie.

Ariel nodded while taking a bite on the cookie. "I'm Ariel. I've been here for about a year." She then looks at her clothes with dissatisfaction. "Looks like I need a new supply of clothes."

While no one was paying attention, Crawdaunt stole most of the leftover cookies. This earned Crawdaunt a lecture from Quilava, who came out of here Poke Ball and started shaking her paw at him.
Rex sighed. "What will I do with you two?" Rex asked. "Oh, Hi Nick."

"It seems most members come and go here." Nick noted. Zero lied down, enjoying the cool from the submerged base. The desert heat was almost unbearable and too hard to forget.
"Hey Rex. How are you?" Nick asked, looking at his friend.
