*sighs* well, that's the final straw, isn't it?
Gaia no longer loads any images (except for avatars) in IE on a mac using less than OSX.
I'm up s**t creek without so much as a paddle until I get a new computer.
I'll just have to Gaia from work and school from now on sad

Cutie: How is an operating system able to block some images, but not others? If it worked before, it should still work now. Is there any way to clear cache / cookies, or defrag the computer?

Is there any way to clear cache / cookies, or defrag the computer? Macs hate Gaia. They just do. I think it's the script they hate, though, not the images themselves. Even in OSX (back when I was using Macs at school) the Map completely messes up. Every time you'd try to roll over one of the shops or something, the whole map would leap around the page. Cutie -- you said "in IE." Have you tried using a different browser for Gaia? There are a few free ones out there...

i found that gaia's more stable (less 404 errors) on firefox than explorer. not sure if firefox works with mac, though sweatdrop

I was browsing the collection of edits, and this one of Deli got me... ((sorry for the direct link sweatdrop )) The kitty is gorgeous! eek Must have... Must start a collection of Kitty edits! Is there a Kitty edit shop out there? Help... crying

I've been playing around with doing that, m'self, but I dun wanna open a shops for 'em, since anybody can do that. sweatdrop *cuddles her siggy egg* 4laugh
