The very mental image of him rolling and wiggling around like some unruly child, all in the efforts of keeping him awake was ridiculous. Samuel would likely be more amused than annoyed by antics. After kissing Micha a second time, he pulled back to tease him again. He watched as the male smirked and listened to him speak. Samuel opened his mouth dramatically in shock. "When have I ever?" he said in mock offense. As if such an occurrence had never happened. Though the idea of not ever annoying Micha was near impossible. While it was never said out loud, he knew that Micha didn't really care for half his jokes and antics. He simply tolerated his quirks out of love.

As they continued to tease one another, Samuel opened his mouth in surprise and feigned offense. He watched as Micha smiled, soon teasing him. Samuel laughed softly. "Never." he agreed. He took another half step closer as Micha drew his arms around him. Cupping the males' face with his hands, Samuel leaned down to kiss him again. Indeed, he was nowhere near perfect, as much as he tried. Still his quirks managed to come through. Samuel was trying as well to be accommodating for Micha's own quirks. He was still learning to read his mood swings and how to help him when he wanted it. He wasn't always going to get it right, yesterday being a fine example. But he loved him more than enough to keep trying.

The day he stopped trying would be the day he truly no longer loved Micha. He liked to think that such a day was not possible. Even at their worst, he had never stopped trying to fix things and show that he cared. They would never be the perfect couple, and Samuel was fine with that. He didn't need perfection, just Micha. And so long as they kept trying to be a little better, that was all that mattered. Cupping the males' face, Samuel pressed another tender kiss to his lips. After feeling it returned to him, he gave him a second kiss before pulling back slightly. Samuel smiled down at the male.

Such fears were understandable, Samuel had feared the very same thing leading up to his Paris trip. The whole time he couldn't figure out why Micha kept pushing him away and shutting him out. It was those same fears that lead to that incident. Despite everything, he too did not expect Micha to come back into his life. Words could not describe how happy he had been to see him, to know that he still loved him. Samuel knew that he would make mistakes and fumble with his wording, all the same he was ecstatic to have Micha back in his life.
After kissing the male, Samuel pulled back slightly. His hands slid back to drape behind his neck. He hardly cared if he was being too clingy first thing in the morning. If anything, it ought to be expected. As he smiled down at Micha, he listened to him speak. No matter how many times he heard it, he would never tire of such words. "I love you, too." he replied. Although he was well aware of the males' love for him, he appreciated the reminder. He appreciated it even more after small fights or heavy topics, it nice to have such assurance and to know that they were still on the same page with one another.

Samuel was hardly bothered by Micha's own neediness. It had become something of a routine in their relationship. They had a disagreement, they would talk about it, make-up, and cling together like cats. It probably wasn't the healthiest way of going about things, but at least they cared enough to try and do better by one another. As Micha spoke, Samuel couldn't help smiling and repeating the words back to him. He enjoyed saying it just as much as did hearing it. Especially when recalling how little they said it before breaking-up. No matter how much they fought, Samuel wanted to ensure that Micha always knew that he would love him. Nothing could break that. With that said, Samuel noticed that the coffee maker had stopped and he was still feeling a bit peckish. "Do you think it's too early to order something for breakfast?" he asked curiously.

Indeed, he didn't care how exactly their issues got resolved, just so long as it was done in a somewhat peaceful and respectful manner. And he certainly didn't mind showering Micha in affection afterwards, as a bit of a reminder that he still cared. As easy as it would be to sit here and blame Micha for their past grievances, the fault was not entirely his. Samuel had his role and made his choices. He was as much to blame in all of this as Micha was. It was a wound between them both that might never heal, but at the very least they could learn from it and try better for their future.
With that said, Samuel couldn't help changing the subject. He questioned Micha about getting breakfast despite the early hour. He watched the male smile and was then questioned in return. "Hmm, I was just thinking that maybe an omelet or a breakfast quiche sounded pretty good. Why? What are you feeling?" he replied. Samuel understood it was still early and that Micha might not want anything for breakfast just yet. But seeing as they were both up, why not order something.

Dwelling on the past would do them little good. They could go over every action, every word that was said, but there was no taking it back what happened in the moment. Samuel knew that he was just as guilty when it came to obsessing over details so he thought it best to change the subject. He knew they still had quite a bit of leftovers from last night, but he wasn't exactly feeling them right this moment. Perhaps they could save it for lunch. After making a suggestion, Samuel questioned Micha in return. He watched him smile, and smiled in return, as Micha suggested a sweet combo of carbs and pork. While it wasn't something he, himself, would crave he wouldn't question him on it either. "Think our usual spot would deliver, or would you rather we take a little trip down there?" he asked again. Samuel didn't mind the idea of going out for breakfast. He merely suggested delivery because he was sometimes lazy and didn't feel like driving.

Samuel couldn't help not being a big fan of sweets, it was merely his nature. However, if that was what Micha wanted for breakfast, he saw no reason to stop him. As Samuel questioned him again, he wondered if anyone might be out doing deliveries. He liked to think it was just early enough that someone would be available. After all, the longer they stood there the brighter his kitchen became. But he could understand if Micha wanted to get out of the house, be social. When Micha spoke, he smirked. Giving him a once over he noted the day old jeans, but he wore no top. Knowing Micha he suspected that was about all he was wearing at the moment. "Mm, not at all." he agreed. As Micha started to move, Samuel released his hold on him and stepped aside. "Well, let me go grab my phone and we'll see what we can do."
While Micha moved to get his coffee, Samuel started out of the kitchen. He walked through the familiar hall to the foyer, and up the stairs. Samuel took his time walking up the stairs to the second landing. The mansion was just as quiet and still as when he came down before only brighter. Beams of light shined through the windows, making the halls much easier to navigate. Still, it wasn't enough for his bedroom. Flipping on a light switch, Samuel moved towards his side of the bed. He shuffled through some things on his night stand, pocketing a packet of cigarettes as well as one of his many lighters floating around the house. When he didn't immediately spot his phone, he moved the pillows and shook out the blanket just to be sure. With no luck, he turned his gaze to the dresser. Walking towards it, there sat his phone along with his wallet. Samuel took the device and turned it over in his hand. It was in need of a bit of a charge, but that could wait for the moment. Taking that, Samuel turned out the lights and headed back downstairs.
